Reading others’ reviews, I see my previous experiences in waiting over 20min for an order & having to walk inside to find I’ve been forgotten about is not an unusual customer experience for this location. Despite those incidents, my bf wanted me to try a grilled chicken rice bowl after recently enjoying one himself from another location. It was only 7:20-30p on a Friday night & Eastchase was buzzing with people as usual, but We questioned if they were open considering the parking lot was empty & no cars in drive thru. We pull up to the speaker anyway & were politely greeted. Unfortunately, we were unable to order. They informed us that they weren’t serving grilled food (like grilled chicken for the rice bowl) because they already cleaned the grill and stopped using it for the night. I asked what time they closed and was told 10p. We left disappointed & confused as to why they would close the grill 2.5hrs before closing. We ended up going next door to Popeyes.

Management was great when they first opened. After COVID it went downhill. MANY times they had all of the doors locked limiting access to the bathrooms and inside. This last visit 2/1/25 just witnessed better Management thankfully.

Disappointed. This day our orders of crispy chicken was cold, mushy, and very pink near the bone; the mashed potatos were cold and had no taste; the biscuits were dry; and the cold slaw was OK. IMO, it would have helped if the chicken had been crispy, if the potatos had some seasoned gravy, and if the biscuits were moistened with butter. I'll try the new Bo* (Bojangles) location in Prattville AL to compare meal qualities.

Waited in the checkout for 19 min on 2 pieces of chicken both us and the car in front walked in from the drive thru staff was leaned against the counter orders ready refusing to bring orders out.

The food was ok but we waited for 30 minutes to get our food. They had us pull over in a spot to wait for Bo Rounds. I know it's doesn't take 30 minutes for Bo Rounds.
The restrooms were filthy and had just opened. Gross poo smeared everywhere.

Highly disappointed! Ordered a 3 piece tender meal w/ sweet tea and received burnt, dyed, spoiled chicken tenders and a coke! To make matters worse, the food was lukewarm! Even the presentation seemed careless for a place claiming high quality. I frequent the location in Opelika regularly and it’s always TOP TIER! I hope I don’t get sick from the bite I ate, and I won’t be ordering from this location EVER again!
This is the best Bojangles I’ve been to in a while. The workers are friendly and polite. My order was hot and fresh and came out quickly. Mr Paris came out to check and make sure we were satisfied with our food. We really appreciated the top notch customer service and experience.
After 4 repeats on the order, it was still wrong. Sides not correct. Received dark meat when paid for white meat.
