Likely the worst Bojangles only second to the one in Orangeburg, SC. Staff was unpleasant and carried themselves as though it was an inconvenience to be there. It took about 5 minutes to even be addressed that we were standing there to order. It was peak lunch and they did not have fresh food and were out of sweet tea.

This place is NASTY!! Hair in the food, took 20 minutes to get our meals, and the service was terrible. I am never the type to leave reviews, but we didn’t even finish our food because of how grossed out we were. DO NOT eat here! We were one of two families here and I can tell why.

Not a good morning at Bojangle's and I know, every experience can't be 5⭐️ every time. First, then dining room was closed, yeah, at 9:30 in the morning, so OK, the drive through is open. Tough time communicating the order, multiple back and forth but we eventually get to the window. 2 combos...over $20, something's wrong. We get that squared away. I had a bad feeling and told my wife that there's no way we will get what we ordered. Sure enough, no creamer for the coffee (we specifically asked for it not once but twice and her sausage egg cheese biscuit turned out to be bacon instead. But let me shine the spotlight on the young man that brought the order out to us (as we were asked to pull forward to wait on our order), he was so friendly & polite that it would put a smile on anyone's face. Lead on young man.

The bread on the bottom chicken sandwich was cold the women bathroom need attention and a deep cleaning it smell just like a men bathroom real bad smell of urine i was just passing through coming from Georgia and decided to stop here it wasn't a good experience for me

Been here about 4 times now at this location and every single time has been something another. Every time they gave us the wrong sauce or food is cold. Okay sure, not a big deal but this last experience was upsetting. We ordered 2 3-piece combos for +$20. They asked us if they can make it fresh. Sure. I don’t mind waiting for fresh.
After 10 mins we were given the SMALLEST tenders I have ever seen. All three are 60-80% breading and not chicken at all. The photo I attached is the smallest which is barely even a nugget AT BEST! You made me pay $20 dollars and wait for “fresh” tenders for both meals to be like that? —- Nah I’m done
