Bonefish was hands down one of my favorites in the local area. I have been to the restaurant between 4-5 times in the last couple of months. Each time I was sadly disappointed. The last time I went for my birthday and it was a disaster. Imagine being excited to go celebrate your day and in time not being satisfied. My food was not cooked properly and the only thing I really enjoyed was my watermelon 🍉 martini. I did talk to a manager which she informed me that she would send me something for my inconvenience. I have yet to receive it and it’s been two weeks. Ugh …

I have come here on at least three different occasions for a pick up curbside order and every time I check in to the parking spot I’m located (after receiving confirmation order is ready for pick up) no one ever comes to bring food out. On one occasion employees were inside playing while my food was just sitting on the counter after waiting outside for 15 minutes. Why even have curb side as an option if no one is going to bring the food to you? Ridiculous!

We decided to sit outside, however the host forgot to tell someone we were outside. My food was cold and the server had it remade. My fries took a long time to come. Our waiter was really nice but he was doing 3 people's jobs. We felt bad for him.

Told us the wait would be at least 40 minutes because they only had 3 servers. We. Left.
We have been going to their paired dinners since they started them dropping a lot of money there. There has never been a time limit but tonight the new GM would not allow one of our party to be sat bc she was 2 minutes past the cut off time to get there that no one knew about. It had been a rainy day and one lady waited til the rain stopped to come in and they wouldn’t sit her even for soup and salad. This is one of my best clients and good friends from work. I was mortified and embarrassed. I don’t know what the new managing partner was thinking but she lost multiple good clients tonight. I worked in restaurants throughout my 20’s and am a 55 year old small business owner now. I walked out in disgust and will never never be back. I will spend my money. Where it is appreciated. The old managing partner Michael would have never treated us so rude. We will go to little donkey where he is from now on.

The food was DELICIOUS!! The waitress was amazing and made our visit very pleasant! Management was attentive and made sure each of us had a remarkable experience by pulling other team members to help our large group! I will DEFINITELY go back whenever I am in Montgomery.

I hosted my family reunion here with over 50 people and it was absolutely PERFECT!! Cameron (manager) & Christalyn (Senior Waitress) went above & beyond to take care of my family!! The service, The ambiance, the food, the Sweet TEAAAA (😋) TOP TIER!! And they were short handed might I add but didn’t skip a beat. Food came out hot & fresh like clock work. I enjoyed every moment interacting with their team!!! I will most definitely return in a heartbeat!!

My family and I ate dinner here to close out the most fun filled day for our reunion. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was great but the service was OUTSTANDING! The manager, Cameron was very attentive with making sure everyone had their food brought out timely. Our waitress Christalyn was over the top in her prompt response to the request of our family concerning our food orders. I could tell that this restaurant had Top Notch management because their team of employees worked very well together. My family and I were VERY IMPRESSED! Thank you Cameron, you and your team rocked!
