First thing I need to do is remind customers this isn’t a fast food restaurant. There will be a little waiting time for your food. The best thing about that is your food will be hot. The burger was good, it could have used some salt and pepper but that’s easy to add.

Love coming to this place anytime I’m in town visiting. I’ve never had a bad experience until the last time I was there. My waitress was awful. Her name is Cynthia I believe. She was a shorter brown skinned sister who had braids the time I saw her. Anyhow, she was more focused on being social & line dancing than taking care of us. Anytime we asked for something, she made it seem like we were bothering her… while she’s at work. Anyhow, her attitude was nasty. I’ve never had an issue with service since coming to Brins. I was very disappointed.

It was my first time going. I don't like it took so long. The entire experience was good. I'm definitely going to go back.
I have been sitting in this lounge for over an hour and not one server has approached our table to take our order. We traveled from Georgia and discovered this 'Memorial Day' special with comedian. Truly disappointing. Service was inferior.

Brins Wings was amazing! The wings were fried literally to perfection—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The fried green tomatoes were also a standout, with a seasoned batter that was both crunchy and delicious. We did pay for all flats and got a mix of drums and flats, which was a small letdown, but honestly, everything else more than made up for it. Service was super friendly, and to top it off, there was a DJ and people dancing at 5PM on a Monday! A whole vibe. Can’t wait to come back.
