Weirdly bad experience. My wife and I used to come to this location all the time. I asked about whether they had an ice cream and they said no. I asked for another, had the window slammed in my face after paying, and got stared at by one of the employees the entire time I was waiting for my ice cream. Super bizarre and kind of rude.

Went on a Friday. Store hours say open at 11:00 AM, went to the drive-thru at 12:00PM, no one was there. No close sign on the door.

My 1 Star is because of my horrible experience with a spoon. YES A SPOON! I ordered a Brownie Sunday, and it is obvious that the owners have not tried to eat this with that flimsy cheaply made spoon that they supply with the order. I have come here several times and its the same cheap spoon.
First off the spoon is narrow and can hold much. Should be using a well rounded spoon for the sundays. It is a cheaply made plastic spoon that literally cuts into your inner lip as you use it to eat. It bends while trying to get a scoop of the Ice cream and brownie, ruining the joy of the moment and turning into frustration.
COME ON OWNERS HOW CHEAP CAN YOU GET! When you reply to this review letting me know that you've resolved this issue, replacing this lip cutting spoon with a new type of spoon, I will come back and try the sunday again and if my experience with your new spoon doesn't cut into my lips, I will change this one star rating to a more appropriate rating.

Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes in waffle bowls , both with vanilla ice cream, one with pecans. Not a hard order to get correct. Wrong answer, the sundae with the pecans had no hot fudge. Check your order carefully if you use this location. The ice cream was good but cannot give it more than two stars because I did not order just vanilla ice cream with pecans.

Worst chocolate milkshake. Just chocolate milk with very little ice cream. 7$$. Will not be back and none of family and friends. I would suggest close the door!!!!! Either way I will not be back.

They provide less servings and the icecream is missing flavor. My family ordered waffle cones and their servings were underwhelming. I decided to order a chocolate shake and it too was mostly milk. How do you mess up a BRUSTERS chocolate shake? By cutting corners you lose business. If you craving Brusters in Montgomery I suggest you head over to Chantilly Drive.
