Not like other Bruster's. If they are making the ice cream there, they are skimping on the ingredients. Both ice creams, cherry chocolate Chunk and caramel macchiato, look nothing absolutely nothing like the pictures, barely had any of the items mixed in. I had one cherry and 3 chocolate chunks in my ice cream lol. The caramel macchiato was just a plain coffee ice cream with a few chocolate flakes. Other Bruster's, everything looks like the pictures and the scoops are really big. Waffle cone didn't even taste right. Strawberry freeze was a waste too, it's light pink, doesn't taste like strawberry.

It was just ok. The cashier handed me my cone in an awkward position which caused me to drop the cone after grabbing it from her and luckily it fell on my car door handle...no prob I picked up the cone quickly and looked at her she was maybe having a first day, idk but i asked for napkins and she then gave me 2 napkins at the same time while giving me what was supposed to be my daughter's cone. However it was a cup, I reached for the napkins first to wipe away my mess and reminded her as I start to grab the cup that I order a cone not a bowl. But she shoved the cup out at me anyways, then Said oh yeah you did order a cone. She tried to hand me the cone out the window.... I looked at the cone and then gave her back the bowl and told the cashier you should fix it. She just literally sat the cone on top of the bowl. And shoved it out the window.Now this experience was highly disappointing I have had much better experiences in the past at this ice cream shop. Gives me much to think about in the future.

My favorite flavors are banana pudding and s’mores. The s’mores is a “fall flavor” and it literally tastes like fall in a cup. The banana pudding ice cream taste identical to the traditional desert. Love them both!

Ordered a 2 scoop cone of double chocolate chunk, recieved an almond double chocolate chunk. Lady insisted that's what I ordered. I don't even like nuts, this is why they shouldn't have children running the store.

The ice cream is fine, but man the scoop was the tiniest thing. It filled the smallest cup only a quarter of the way. When I asked the girl if that was the correct portion, she said yes and that if I wanted her to “fix it” it would be extra. Kind of a stupid response.

Just went by and was told at 8:46 that they were closed. They are supposed to be open until 9:30 and the open sign was lit with a long line in the drive thru. We won't be back.

I told the sales person that the shake tasted weird she said no. It's vanilla...it tastes very weird after got i gothome, smelled it, it smells spoiled...they should've offered to mk another one. Hope I don't get sick.
No lie… Probably the best ice cream I’ve had anywhere in a long time. This is the Almond coconut chocolate . I could eat is for the rest of my life. So smooth and tasty! I also had the banana pudding ice cream. It was AMAZING!!! definitely coming back here. Just downloaded the app so I’m looking forward to some treats.

Worst experience ever. I can't hear the cashier and they kept urging me to make the order. When I ordered a cup of ice cream, they gave me A SCOOP. I didnt pay 3.75 for one SCOOP of ice cream Like are you guys serious?

Stopped by this location tonight because I was in the mood for a milkshake. But what I got instead was milk, no shake. I ordered the Double Chocolate Chunk milkshake and it was extremely runny, the chocolate pieces were all at the bottom instead of throughout. I don't even live 5 minutes away and it was completely melted by the time I got home. I was thoroughly disappointed and for almost $9 it was definitely not worth it.
