It took forever for us to get seated. The store manager was walking around like he'd rather be anywhere than at work. Maybe he was having a rough day but the service was just off which. In my opinion, if the manager isnt hustling then neither will the staff. Our waitress was kind but she was new hadn't quite gotten into the swing of things. We were an adult size party of 4, ordered from the menu with no modifications but still, my son's side of mac and cheese came while we were 1/2 done with our meal. Again, the waitress was kind but I feel the service was just off and lacked a sense of urgency. Hopefully, this was just an off night for them.

I DID NOT even have a chance to spend ANY money here. Me and my friend came to celebrate her birthday. When we got into the restaurant we see that there’s basically nobody in the restaurant except for TWO tables. Then the host comes and seats us and says your server will be there soon or something he mumbled. We were sitting there for at least 15-20 MINUTES with NO one coming to our table, even though there’s only two people in the whole restaurant. We saw at least THREE severs just standing around just talking and one of the waitres was on their PHONE in the middle of the restaurant. MULTIPLE waiters and waitress pass by us WITHOUT acknowledging us. We didn’t even have any one come up to us and say it might be a while or offer to get us drinks or anything. This was a horrible experience would NEVER come back to this location would NOT recommend anyone come to this location and dine in. IF WE COULD WE WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS.

Service was really slow, no drink refills, no napkins, no check ups and kept forgetting what we asked for. Even a couple beside us didn’t get there orders placed till after 20 minutes of being sat..Terrible service ya’ll got to do better!!!!

Horrible. Server, Cam, was nice but only speed was slow. 5 people, $92.00, food tasted old, kept in the window far too long. Cold fries, cheese on the food was already starting to get hard. $3.50 for a side that never got refilled. Another table got up and left after 15 minutes without service. Just a horrible experience and a waste of money.

I placed an online to go order. Pick it up get all way home. And I got bone in wings not boneless and they don’t even have any flavor on them it appears. Fries are stale and hard. And I tried calling the number to let them know I’m coming back for my wings so maybe they could start cooking them call says no one is available. 3 hrs before close! Jeez
Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean and pleasant. The food was on par with other locations. Our server, Jordan, was great, never had a need that wasn’t addressed, usually before asking.

The food is so great. The bartenders and waiters are AMAZING. The ONLY PROBLEM IS THE MANAGER. she is so rude and made people wait 20 min at the door before speaking to them, to then tell them, “we can’t sit you during a shift change”.. mind you, there is over 18 CLEAN tables OPEN with NOBODY IN THEM! And she refuses to sit them! Like as a manager, you’d think you would want business so you keep your job but this manager, MONIQUE, is disrespectful to her wait staff and the customers. I hope she has the day she deserves

Been to this location 3 times back to back every time it’s excuse oh we got only 1 cook oh we short help ohhh it’s going to be hour wait but dont see but few people on inside.Drove to Prattville Buffalo wild wings walk in door straight to sitting had food within 15 minutes .You want you valuable time an gas wasted go to Montgomery location.✅
