They were understaffed. Our waitress was very nice and got us seated. We got our drinks quickly, and our food arrived relatively fast. But we never saw our waitress again until I asked her to refill our drinks. And even then, it was another 10 minutes before she made it back to our table.

Service is always terrible, food is decent at best, took over an hour to get food at my most recent visit, the place is always understaffed in the front of house, and for as expensive as the food is, you think you would be getting better quality service. I would rather travel to get wings than to stop there again.

My friend had a bday gathering and our food was the nastiest thing I have ever tasted in my entire life. The mild sauce on the wings looked and tasted like mayo. The appetizer was COLD!!!!!! If Whole Foods closed down then yall should follow suit
