App doesn’t work and they refuse to honor app prices in store. Service is bad overall. Really enjoy their food but service is pathetic, not ever going back.

Nothing like dropping $60 on a to go order for 2 people, then getting home to find that your food is raw and not salvageable in any way. To top it off, it's 10:30 on a weeknight so I can't go anywhere else for food. Couldn't get the waitress's attention for anything.

Awesome Sweet Lady at the to go counter was EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!!
They were understaffed. Our waitress was very nice and got us seated. We got our drinks quickly, and our food arrived relatively fast. But we never saw our waitress again until I asked her to refill our drinks. And even then, it was another 10 minutes before she made it back to our table.

Service is always terrible, food is decent at best, took over an hour to get food at my most recent visit, the place is always understaffed in the front of house, and for as expensive as the food is, you think you would be getting better quality service. I would rather travel to get wings than to stop there again.
