Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean and pleasant. The food was on par with other locations. Our server, Jordan, was great, never had a need that wasn’t addressed, usually before asking.
The food is so great. The bartenders and waiters are AMAZING. The ONLY PROBLEM IS THE MANAGER. she is so rude and made people wait 20 min at the door before speaking to them, to then tell them, “we can’t sit you during a shift change”.. mind you, there is over 18 CLEAN tables OPEN with NOBODY IN THEM! Javaris I hope I’m spelling his name correct. He is a great assistant general manager. Fantastic customer service. Calming and respectful demeanor. He should think about being a trainer for all management and employees. He is absolutely superb.
