“Aniya has great customer service skills, a sweet smile, is honest and kind!! Hard to find that in Montgomery in my recent visits to fast food
I went to two other places this trip to get a cup of ice and was told at both restaurants (Taco Bell and jacks) 5.99, obviously a rip off because larg like drink doesn't cost that much. By the way at this Burger King a large unsweet tea is under 2.00 and ice is under a dollar. I asked them that today. This place won't rip you off. LOL. Great experience here this morning. Will return to this location. Thank you Aniya, you're the best.“

“The last time I was at this Burger King (819 Ann St.) I went for lunch and received poor customer service. This time when I went Audrey restored my belief that I could really have it my way at Burger King. My order was just what I asked for it was delicious. The service was friendly, good and fast. “I was trying to figure out if this was a 4 or 5 star location. After visiting other locations, this is the only 5 star in town. I been to 5or so locations now, even tried the one up the road (rude as all get out and not worth it) and now I know without a doubt this is the bestFood is ok, it is fast food. The customer service is the best. Kind to my kids, even at late hrs. Has a play place, clean, and honestly, a shame that more people are not going. They are always smiling when I see them. Needs more love“
“Best place to get fast food in the Montgomery area. Always kind, patient, and my order is always correct! Not to mention, when I order multiple meals for a group of people, it's never a bother to them. They even redid five meals when I had to respond to an emergency call and come back for our food. Absolutely great staff!“
“I have to go get my neighbor some quader pounders all the time because she is 75 and in bad shape. I love the food and the employees are always helpful and friendly. The service is very fast also at getting your food to you. I would recommend your place to go eat anytime to friends and family.“
“Burger King Still Have One Of The Best Burgers Thst I Will Ever Eat. It Reminds Me Of A Home Grilled Burger, With That Smokey Taste, With That Soft Toasted Bun. I Always Get My Whopper With Cheese, And Onions, Minus The Tomatoe And Lettuce, And I Have Them Cut It In Half. Everything Just Blends Together Perfectly, And The Service Was Outstanding As Well.“
“Came in to place a to go order and was treated well by the cashier. He understood my order perfectly and made sure the kitchen saw my request as stated ( he called back everything correctly to confirm). The place was clean. Open and light feeling though no one was eating in, like so many fast food places these days. Others came in to place orders for carryout while I was there. I didn't have to wait long, and their 2 for specials will feed an adult for a surprising $5 . Everything was hot.“
“We came here after we were so disgusted with the McDonald’s down the road & were extremely pleased with Burger King’s presentation. I actually don’t like Burger King much. This changed my perspective. The establishment was VERY clean. They were cleaning the bathroom as we walked in, wiping down tables & counters, along with mopping the floor. The lady taking our order at the register was very kind to us & we got our food in less than ten minutes. It was quiet and clean in here. Our food was HOT and fresh. We were extremely pleased and refreshed with this service. I will definitely be back!“
