Let's start by saying my food was cold after waiting for it around 15mins I had to go back to the store to exchange and then got the wrong chicken sandwich I would not recommend Burger King Madison avenue on the weekend

Called Burger King complaint line phone number disconnected, email is invalid; so here's review it works. Ordered chicken sandwich meal. Fries and drink good, buy main item chicken was fried crust with no chicken, I paid $9.89 for small fries and drink nearly ten bucks for what. Last time I'll visit this B.K., and you think if B.K. gave a hoot they would have a working email and phone number. Truth is this new generation just don't give a damn as they are ones who created terrible customer services in USA. And be honest my company refuses to hire ones from this generation because they rather sat on their butts and play video games, and whine to mommy. Good luck on surviving in America.

Terrible customer service .. order online for drive thru and was forced to come In ..light skin girl and other front person had attitude for no reason . Also my order wasn’t ready and I ordered 30 mins before I left work . And they seem to want to knock out drive thru orders before front desk orders .. ridiculous don’t go here … never eating here again… also had to wait extra 30 mins on food because it wasn’t ready and was late back to work … terrible management !!! Do something !!!
