Tried to order at the drive thru at 5 minutes til closing time - they asked me for my order, I gave it, and then silence. Drove over to the window after almost 10 minutes of silence and saw they were cleaning up. No one came to the window, they just ignored me except for one person who motioned that they closed at 5. I get it if I was too late but don’t ask me for my order and then give me the silent treatment!

I ordered a double and got a room temp single with no cheese that was absolutely swimming in mayo and catch-up. They have a sign on the speaker that says they are short staffed... But the staff they do have is rude and very obviously hate their jobs and everyone they are serving seems to be an unforgivable nuisance just for ordering to begin with. I hate getting food here when I'm on base and I try to avoid it tbh, but sometimes you just have to. Iykyk. I wish we could get a burger place that has some semblance of customer service and better products on our base instead. We have limited choices on base as it is, why should BK get to be one of the choices? Honestly, it's such a miserable place to try to get a meal. Even if it is "fast food" this is still really bad. Every time it is something ???

Had a bacon/egg-n-cheese croissant that has stale bread and the sandwich was cold....the lady at the register was not at all xustomer friendly.Fast food chains have gone down in service, customer services and quality of products. These trends are spreading while prices steadily soaring!!This trend is shutting down the fast food industry.

I hate to give a place on base a 1 star review, but this is the worst fast food establishment I have ever patronized. The broilers are frequently down and a couple of the employees have been extremely rude. I typically go off base and hit the Day Street McDonalds these days.

I really don't like the attitudes of the women working the drive thru in the morning. They seem as if they hate their jobs. Never want you to complete your order before they tell you to pull forward. When I get my bag I have to sit at the window to make sure I have everything. Not a good experience at all.

I should've checked the bag before we left but not only did they get our orders wrong, 2 Bacon Kings plane (No ketchup or mayo), but we didn't have a receipt in the bag either.It's been a long day and I just wanted a plane burger because I'm simple as hell but condiments always make me gag no matter how I try to eat with them. I get that sometimes the order is wrong but why no receipt?

Was eating my breakfast sandwich and felt hair in my mouth. Sure enough as I'm gagging, I found a long brown hair and I am bald, so I knew it wasn't mine. Please check your food before taking a bite.
