Closing due to being short staffed really shouldn’t be a thing anymore. You either need better employees or the managers need to treat the employees better.
The only BK I'd recommend to anyone. Their always friendly, managers care and the food is always hot and fresh. There's literally a BK next to my job, but I prefer Chantilly. The one next to my job, smh!!! I see why they run specials on their door. business just not booming, like it was, when they first opened. poor customer service, food underdone or cold. Serve food that's been sitting up and complain when you ask for your food fresh.

The food is decent, with a satisfactory burger and an impressive presentation that exceeds expectations, including a very customized Impossible Whopper. Although the fries may not meet expectations, the food is hot and fresh. The restaurant’s ambiance is cozy and quiet, despite the lack of exterior lighting. The kids adore the play place, and the drive-through menu board is conveniently lit.
