This poor young lady is here by herself. I visibly watched the other employee (maybe manager) yelling on her cell phone outside of the door that's right outside the window then yell something to this employee and leave, speeding off in her white car. Pretty sure it was a Sonata. I can see this young lady inside doing her best and she's 5 cars deep at 6:20am. 5 stars to her! 3 stars for poor management. I get things come up but really? The young lady was very nice when bringing my food to my car. Maybe yall should promote her? She deserves it. Thank you ma'am. You were a rockstar. Boo hiss to those that left you there alone.

I ordered 2 sausage biscuits for $1.99 each. When I was asked to pay I was told I owed $5.50. There was no way that added up correctly and I said as much. I was told to pull over and someone would come out and explain it to me. This was said in a tone that one would use to talk to a bothersome child. When she came out with my food and explanation, she vaguely indicated that their prices had increased and that when you added in the very confusing taxes this was the total you got. I asked for my receipt and was treated like this was an unusual request. A different employee brought it to me, then went right back in. The receipt showed 2 sausage biscuits for a subtotal of $5.00 with 50 cents tax. I went inside the store and pointed out how this price didn't match the menu and that the tax wasn't confusing at all. 2 x $1.99 =$3.98 plus 10% = $4.38 total. The girl explained that she had given me the two for $5 deal. This means she was either too stupid to be handling money, or she'd intended on refunding herself the "mistake" after I left. Either way, I got my money, no apology, and my food.

Before I write a review I try to visit a restaurant a couple times, with the understanding that sometimes the staff had a bad day. That being said, Upon my visit tonight I have solidified my opinion, and it's not positive.Tonight I placed an online order, which cuts out confusion and ensures the meal is accurate. However upon opening my meal I discovered the chicken nuggets were dried out(old) and burned. The patty on my burger was likewise chewy and crunchy. They had also left out the large fried I had ordered.Their soda machine in the lobby has been "broken" for 2 months now, and their drive through soda fountain has "no power". While dining in the lobby, at 5:00PM I saw several patrons being told the lie that Burger King's Lobby was closed for the night, It does not close until 11PM. I went to the counter to see about getting the large fries I ordered, and was immediately met by being challenged. My order was online, and I was not given a physical reciept, they opted to give me a small fry instead of the large I ordered. So with this, I highly suggest avoiding the Burger King on Carter Hill Road. The worst location in Montgomery period!!! Takes forever to get your food, the lady at the front is disgusting (attitude), only the women are working while the men sit down and watch. Absolutely not worth the time or the headache.

I was very, very dissatisfied with my Impossible Whopper and could not eat any of it! It had mustard put on it! I cannot eat that on my burger. I had been told that Whoppers don't have mustard put on them.It wasn't until I left that I noticed that I didn't see a receipt either. I tried calling but no one would answer. I would like to have spoken to the manager before posting, but I couldn't because no one answered the phone.

We were inside about to order and there were others in there as well. We were told we would have to go through the drive through to place our order but the other folks were not told that. They were very rude for no absolute reason. Do NOT refer this place to eat just passing through.

You’d really think that the person wouldn’t put this on a burger. Luckily I saw it before I bit into it. While I know Fast Food is hard work, there was no one in the store and I was the only one in the drive through. This is just not paying attention to what you’re doing. Try to do better.
