I order my food and was told to wait in the parking lot till it was ready. 30 mins later I watched 6 other people come in and out eith their food before me. Just waked in and done with huge orders, while mine a single whooper is still not done. Had towalk in and asked and was talked to rudely and asked to pay again. This is the worst service I have ever had. And after all that wait, food is frozen cold. Never go here.

on the VERY rare occasions i eat here with someone, i always ask for no mayo. every time, it’s drenched in mayo. and they never give you napkins when you order at the drive thru. i know people can be too picky, but mayo makes me ill, and i asked for something *not* to be done…. how hard is it to *not* add a condiment.

Waited 10 minutes at drive thru menu. Pulled away without ordering. For some reason they were taking an order and then taking quite a while to fill that order before they would take the next order.. There was only one car at the window, waiting for food when I pulled away. Terrible terrible service.

The last time I was at this Burger King (819 Ann St.) I went for lunch and received poor customer service. This time when I went Audrey restored my belief that I could really have it my way at Burger King. My order was just what I asked for it was delicious. The service was friendly, good and fast. The service I received was great. I recommend this location because it was late but my food was hot and freshly cooked. I appreciate more than anything was the care I feel was put in because I have went to restaurants late in the evening and never received the quality I got from this restaurant. They gained a loyal customer and thanks Ann street!!!!!
