Drive near this one, Just to see everything is shut down due to staffing, just giving a heads up on anyone that is planning going there.it was already low staff to begin but to see it close yeah its kinda sad, but it is what it is.

I wanted to take my food back so bad. My nuggets were horrendous. They tasted like old breading and left over rewarded in the microwave nuggets. They were slightly cold. The Hershey pie tasted like freezer burn. It literally tasted like a freezer. I can't explain what that taste was but that was my pie. I also ordered a burger meal. I really wish I had taken my food back but I wanted to get home. I hate to waste money. The service was fast, food was cold, old, and nasty. The customer service didn't stand out. Just the typical " go ahead with your order", no nice greeting. Waste of time and money!

For some reason, the hamburger pattie was halved in two. I wasn't my breath trying to have it my way which has been their advertisement slogan for at least one half of a century. I asked for no ketchup on the whopper and it did no good. The French fries were not good at all. I could tell they were a mixture of two batches by the color and texture. While eating it I thought about an ex girlfriend who told me I expect too much from fast food. The people working there knew those fries had been sitting there for too long. I am sorry I did not have anything positive to write.23 October 2023

Rude employees. Was greeted with “go ahead. “ Placed my order crickets. Finally was told to pull around. Paid and I asked for mustard the woman rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I waited around 8 minutes she thought I’d just give up. Finally someone placed an order behind me. She asked me if she could help me with something? Yeah mustard. Ohh he didn’t come tell you? We don’t have any. Burger King is out of mustard? ?

Very nasty! I wouldn't eat here EVER! I picked up a doordash, and this was disgusting. The service was slow and no professionalism. The manager didn't even ask me what I wanted. I waited 5mins before I was asked can I be helped, then another 10mins for them to prepare the order. This place need new management, a new team, serious training and a firm manager to keep the place up. On no day should a customer walk into this. I don't want to dash here again nor will I consider eating here.

The drive-thru cashier charged a separate $8.79 on my debit card. The Card Command app notified me while I was in the drive-thru. I told the cashier and she said the charge would be back in my account in the morning. Wrong. Never did get it. I guess she had a dinner on me. I HATE a thief. I'll never visit that location again.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Burger King. The manager was running the drive thru and the front counter. Nobody but me and another gentleman weee in the lobby but we were basically ignored for the drive thru. They had two workers in the grill area with one of them mentally challenged. I’m not knocking on anyone mentally challenged but the manager had to continually give him instructions on what to do. Even small tasks seems to be a challenge for him. The manager also allowed a girl to use the restaurant phone. She screamed and screamed on the phone for the entire 35 minutes I stood at the counter waiting to order and waiting for my food., Several people walked out. Then I asked the manager to substitute a child’s toy for cookies and I was told I could not do that. Since I had ordered a kids meal, The least the manager could have done was to fulfill my request since I had waited for so long. This was an absolute mess. I visited the restaurant on Thurs Aug 17, 2023. This location won’t be open for long with that type of service.

Update: I'm removing a star. I don't usually mind pulling forward and waiting 5 minutes for food, but today I sat in the drive-thru over 10 minutes and only one car moved up and he had been sitting at the box to order when i first pulled in the parking lot. This is the second time I've left their drive-thru because it wasn't moving recently.The people I've met are very pleasant. The food is usually good, with a few exceptions.

I guess it all depends on who is working. I went to BK across from the Farmers Market and next to the Neighborhood Walmart.. I ordered 2 whopper Jr. told them exactly what I wanted on it. When I get home they put what they wanted on it. I have tried them several times and it's always the same. I won't be going back.

Only one in drive thru when I pulled up and only a couple cars in parking area, so they were less than busy. Simple order of two (2) royal chicken bacon and swiss sandwiches. She called it back to me and told me 2nd window. I pull up wait an inordinate amount of time (2 minutes) before anyone even acknowledges I'm there. Another drive thru car is now behind me. She opens window and calls out the order of the person behind me. "No 2 royal chicken bacon and swiss was my order," and she says nothing and shuts the window. Another girl comes over and starts entering my order and tells the cook 4 minutes after I've been sitting there "2 royal chicken sandwiches," so then ol'girl opens window and collects my payment. I tell her to make sure those have bacon and swiss please. She says, "I dun dat already." I said, "No you didn't. The other girl called out my order, and she did not tell him bacon and swiss." The other girl comes over to the window asking me what's the problem." "No, problem, I just want my order to be correct." Now, I've I have been there 6 minutes. Mind you, I was their only ordering customer when I pulled up with a 'can't get it wrong' order. Now, there's 3 cars behind me. Then, sure enough, she asks me to pull up and wait. I said, "Seriously, it's been 7 minutes since we began this fiasco, and you're just now beginning to cook the chicken, SHEESH!" So, I pull around. 5 minutes later a nice guy brings my sandwiches, and I ask him if the sandwiches gave bacon and swiss on them? He said. "No, they didn't tell him bacon and swiss," but he offered to run go put bacon and swiss on them and did. I told him I appreciated him for doing that and told him "God help you working with those 2 dumbstones" to which he replied, "It's an exercise in my religion daily they're so stupid." I could not agree more!

They were closed on regular business hours. My boyfriend just left from up there and he said the door was locked. Breakfast supposed to be from 6-10:30, I used to work at a Burger King so I know, anyway very unprofessional.
