The cashier was beyond rude. I was having difficulties loading a coupon code for that particular store. And everything that I wanted to order off of the app wasn't available in store. She has zero patience... And to add insult to injury the food has to be brought out! It wasn't readily available.
lol it’s 7pm on a Sunday and they are out of chicken. And Coke Zero. Placed an order through the app 15 mins ago from across the street at Publix but here I am sitting in the drive thru waiting for my order. Don’t bother with this BK, they are notoriously terrible.
Maybe I will eventually get food, maybe I will just leave and let them keep my money. The longer I wait the more it seems like I should just consider this a lost $10 and never ever go here again.
Food stale it's so sad when you get such a bad service all over Montgomery. You have to get out of town just to get some decent food and not get food poisoning
Ended up waiting at the window waaaaay too long (this review is being made from the window) for an app order made over 20 minutes prior. If I were going for speed.... ANYWHERE would have been better... Too many workers inside to be this slow. If you're in a hurry, DON'T STOP HERE
Update: After waiting for my order at the window forever, they asked me to pull up to wait for one more sandwich....I just left. They can keep the sandwich. Never again

It's burger king. Nothing more than a fast food joint. Order your food at the counter. Pay for it. Eat it and magically you aren't hungry anymore.

asked for two burgers with no mayonnaise. got mayonnaise on both. mayo makes me ill. asked for two diet cokes with no ice. got one diet coke, and one regular coke, both with ice. intentionally bad service, because how?

We at night. The person cooking food was on their phone. The one working at the register didn't even notice me until she looked up from her phone. The floor was sticky, the soda machine needed to be cleaned, and the bathroom was not cleaned. But, they had the nerve to be on their phones.

I tried to go through the drive thru and order. I first got in the empty lane and pulled up to the speaker. No one answered. The car in the other lane finished and I waited. Another vehicle pulled up in the other lane ordered and continued in line. I waited. I went to the other lane, the man taking orders said please hold, but never turned off his mic so I listened to his conversation about how he was about to come out of the shirt he was wearing. I waited. The lady at the first window looked at me in line. I waited. I ended up leaving. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO EAT. SOME OF THE WORST SERVICE. If the service is this bad food can't be any better.

If I could give 0 stars, it would be too much! Poop on the walls in the bathroom. Feminine products in the toilet seat paper dispenser. Floor discussing and sticky. Not busy at all, saw 3 employees sitting in lobby. Play area is gross and hot.
Two things weren't right. They had no diet drinks at all and no paper in the register for a printout of my debit card order.

My burger was raw. And it stank. Like.. sour stank but I got extra pickle so i thought it was the pickle. It wasnt. I was eating it and was like "Thes is gross.. why is this gross?" And then I looked at it. I shoulda checked first. Never again.

My family and I come after an event for lunch. We order the new bacon pepperjack sandwich and fiery wrap, among other things. It took 5 minutes of waiting, then I ordered. It took 25-30 minutes just to get our food. After ten minutes, I looked at the screen, and it said our food was served, yet I did not have the food. 15-20 minutes later, we got our food. The sandwich and wrap were not in there. Instead, we got another spicy chicken sandwich and an impossible whopper. I told them about it, and I got the food we ordered. The member gaslighted me to think that i didn't order that 10 minutes late. Another guy came and is arguing about the same two items we had the problem with. He asked for his receipt, and that's when I realized we didn't get a receipt. I asked them for one, and one of the staff members (idk if he's new or not) asked somebody how to print a receipt. Another member did it, and I got it. She looked at me funny and walked away. I left and checked the review of it. It's not surprising. As I'm texting this, one of my family members isn't feeling good from the food. Never come to this place.
