ππππππππππ―π―I go to this location each and every day never had a problem. I buy 2 bags of ice each and every day. Everyone treats me with the utmost respect. I will be continuing to spend my money at this particular Burger King on Atlanta highway. I love all of the staff because they treat me with respect.. not to mention the Whopper is always on point. AJ he gets your burgers right each and every time.π―

Whomever takes orders at this location has the nastiest attitude ever!! Every single time I have ordered here, her attitude has been disgusting. Customer service is at an ALL time low these days and itβs absolutely not worth spending your money!

I paid for cheese there was none burger was lukewarm, fries was either old or cooked on old grease and chicken fingers were hard...I am not sure why bc it took me about 15-20 mins to get the order

Food is passable. I was a little insulted by the brisket whopper I ordered after being given the smallest squirt of brisket and BBQ sauce possible with a sprinkle of crispy onions. It felt more like a cheeseburger with a couple bites of BBQ flavor in the middle. Onion rings and mozzarella fries were both cold. Food tasted ok though.

I tried to order at Burger King drive thru around 9:40. I ordered two combos and a sandwich, but it was showing as one wheat and two sandwiches, so I asked for a change, but I didn't hear anything after that. So I went to the front and asked to confirm my order, but she only told me the price and pretended not to hear anything I said. When I checked with another worker, she changed my order to a completely different order than what was on the screen. I had the worst service experience. I will never come to this store again. My English is not perfect, but I think I can communicate. I will remember this experience as the worst discrimination I have ever experienced in the United States.
This is what you are handing your customers? Training and accountability are needed at this location. The drive-thru cashier also needs to learn how to process gift cards. She actually looked at me and said "No. I don't know how to do that." Just an observation, but you probably shouldn't be on the register.

My fish sandwich was hard and dark. I know it was old because the color and smell was fishy smell. I am so disappointed with Burger King. I will never order a fish sandwich again.

Great state of Alabama. Iron Bowl going on. GM sets tv and does not allow employees to change channels. Syracuse game on. No wonder BK was empty today. GM give your shift manager some leeway.
