Amazing job on our daughter’s graduation cake! Awesome looking and great tasting! Thank you Cakeology!
How this place is still up and running is beyond me. Hours say open at 10am, it’s 12 no cupcakes available. Came in last week and could not purchase anything because the owner took the pad to make payment with her. You have product in the store but can’t purchase anything. This business is poorly managed. Get it together.
These little babies there delicious 🤤 this will be my late night hang out spot .. go check these ladies out ..

The biscoff banana pudding is my all time favorite dessert🙌🏼
I was finally able to get some yesterday and it was so GOOD. I'm trying to get back there today. I missed the first restock. Cakeology gonna get all my money.

Vending machine; I got the last key lime about 2pm on a Friday afternoon. The bakery was closed. While waiting next door for an order I saw at least 7 different people come to machine which was empty. This oughta be good ☺️

I will say that the red velvet is soooo good but for $7.00 bit pricey especially cause it's more icing than it is cake in those jars and I was upset. I don't think Ill get again unless it's more cake tooo much cream icing and I don't like the crumble on the bottom maybe do some without and give more purchased options like in store.
Let's start off with the positives! A self-service cake vending machine is so innovative... it's the ATM of cakes! Ordering is super quick and the cakes are 🤌🏿moist! The owner is a doll...super nice and polite.
Not so positive (constructive)...for 2 years I attempted to try this spot, with no luck (always closed). So, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the vending machine access. While I do not like standing outside in a line, I can appreciate the convenience, but I think during business hours the option should be for the inside and the vending machine. The cup cakes are priced at $7...with very little cake and a whole lot of cream. Most competitors in the area are serving a whole slice of cake for $3-5. So it's a little overpriced! We tried the biscoff (X2), red velvet, and key-lime. I would love to see the biscoff as a cake with the cookie crumbles and i would like for all of her items to have more cake!
Overall, I would recommend trying it at least once! The cakes are good, you can't deny her that...It's just not enough for the price you pay.
Warning: If you are traveling on a flight, it will not pass screening due to too much cream. 😞

I got a biscoff banana pudding and a regular banana pudding out of the vending machine that’s outside… this is the best sweets I’ve had since living in Montgomery. 10/10!!!!!

I tried my best to support black businesses, but unfortunately it’s hard to. I drove all the way from Birmingham Alabama to give this place a shot. The hours stated that they were open from 10 AM to 4 PM. I immediately went inside the store at 12 PM there were a couple of cupcakes sitting on the counter And then there were cakes that were inside of a cooler. I tried to purchase three but was denied because I was told that they have to be inside of the vending machine in order to make a purchase, which makes no sense during business hours after hours I can understand, but during business, why should I have to Wait for you to stock a vending machine go outside stand in line and then use my card. I really don’t understand this. I’m a long time KNJ elegant pastries customer but unfortunately, I don’t think that I would ever go back to this place because of the customer service that was provided To me, I spoke with other individuals that was outside waiting as well, and a young lady stated the same thing that she does not understand why the cakes would be placed in a vending machine during normal business hours. customers instead of sending them to a machine, maybe it would have been a better outcome
