After asking for a minute to decide on my order because it was my first time at a captain ds, I placed my order and just assumed stupidly that the shrimp would come with cocktail sauce..after waiting in the line for like 15 minutes I got out and went in. I instantly see 2 workers in the back looking at videos on their phone(wonder why the lines taking so long) then hear the girl at the window ask the customer in the drivethru if she wanted any sauce(i never got that question)..she blamed the girl who was back there showing videos to the other for bagging up my order. That girl who bagged up my order then wanted to give me FIVE cocktail sauces. Its been a long day sorry yall but this is the truth!

I walked into this restaurant on a Saturday about 11:30 am so the place was not busy and the first thing I noticed was that the inside looked clean and orderly. A little out dated but pleasant. The young gentlemen at the register took my order and was polite and respectful. My order was ready quickly and brought out by a beautiful young lady who was also courteous and respectful. Thanks to the staff and GOD BLESS.

Ordered fish and shrimp with coleslaw and french fries ended up with two pieces of fish small little bit of fries and two hush puppies poor excuse for service and will not answer their phone to let us tell them what's going on will not be going back to this place my employees and I eat their least twice a week they're going to miss that income off of all of us

This is Worst captain ds i ever walked in the place was nasty the guy working register took our order then went outside got in his car and left leaving just 1 cook in whole place i kid u not about 40 min later he showed back up and wondered why we wanted a refund lol we still havent received food i think in my 55 years i have never seen a restaurant as bad as this one STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION u will regret it i will never step foot back in this location just hire Bozo the clown he can manage that place better than whats there
Niece was amazing! She welcomed us in and was so nice to my little girl! She brought us our food and drinks because my husband just got out of the hospital.We haven't been to Captain D's in years but we will definitely be back here!

I had a Door Dash. Instead of when the order came in immediately calling me or putting on the menu that the items I purchased were out of stock. They waited til the dasher arrived then had the audacity to tell me to cancel my order and reorder. Reorder what? I ordered what I wanted, you didn’t have it, so why reorder???? Plus door dash won’t give you your refund or full refund for canceling.

Been eating captain Ds for three weeks now. Cause I like the grill white fish. Pulled up and guess what? Waited 8 mins no one took my order. Pass the window the young lady in the window looking at me like I did something wrong. Cause she aintvtake my order. Listen. It's zaxbys McDonald's Krystals KFC taco bell literally next door. Sonif a customer comes to Captain Ds they must really want it. Customer service is key.
