The food wasn't freshly cooked I got the flounder meal the fries was like leather the fish was salty I was very disappointed and the girl at the drive thru wasn't friendly darn near threw me the food and didn't even thank me or say you're welcome when I said thank you to her just rude!!!

Whatever you do, don’t get the hand breaded catfish. It was three times more expensive, and the pieces were quite a bit smaller than the batter dipped. The batter dipped is definitely worth it tho!!

I just had the worst experience from hell literally..Went in today to pickup a order my boyfriend made on his app cashier with purple looking due rag under hat was rude asf even after I told her I’m not with door dash and she snatched our food even with my boyfriend on the phone because she and manager said they had to verify that we wouldn’t say the food got picked up and not received whole time our food was getting cold.

I was so disappointed in the food at this location. All the food was burned. The fries were so cold, they had shriveled. The fish was dry and crunchy stale. Not the quality I’ve seen from this company in the past. My friend refused to eat and i tried to eat mine but ended up with an expensive lunch for my pig.

As instructed, reported to website. No response. I’m not surprised. Companies care more about profit than customers. Permanently removing from my menu.

Their line is always wrapped around the building. Wants the mobile orders to come inside. Like I work fast food I get it but I placed through drive thru to receive it through drive thru. I can understand DoorDash but mobile orders? It’s not that deep plus they’re parking is too small to have someone try to park and come in anyways.

I don't do very many bad post but here we go I have to say the manager was very nice and apologized.
Butt food was cold took a long time for some of the food to come out
There's water in the floor by the bathroom.
The lady at the counter needs to work at the funeral home at least you would be around people with the same amount of excitement

It was good staff was great but this company need to just call those chicken tenders chicken bits or super nuggets cause the tenders are small but good fish was a good size and good that's what made me happy the fish the shrimp is small and flat company fault though it's overall I'd go back
