Insulted me when I was walking away quietly without placing the order and without drama after being denied a military discount which I get there always on several occasions I have been there. Was told never to come back there again when I told him I had a planned budget to be within. Forget the military discount, if this is how you treat common folks who can’t afford the food, I pity you and you should be ashamed of yourself. Cc- Copy of complaint to corporate not for denying the military discount but for being horribly nasty and rude. I may not have money today but I can have money tomorrow, but it doesn’t give you the license to be rude and miserably nasty to just anybody for not placing an order. I pity the upbringing of your employees and the brand image this treatment creates of you. It was a new male working the cashier at 120 pm cst, October 16 2025. Edit: Area Director called me and was very kind on the phone. I appreciate the follow-up and them reaching out to me over this experience. Respectfully.

Terrible customer service from Curtis. I received a frozen cheese cake and when I returned it, I was asked if I tasted it. I said of course, how else would I know it was frozen. I will never return to this place.

It was really good! My husband got fish and I got chicken. The chicken was very juicy and flavorful tasted wonderful. My husband said his was also very good. The employees were nice and courteous.

The food wasn't freshly cooked I got the flounder meal the fries was like leather the fish was salty I was very disappointed and the girl at the drive thru wasn't friendly darn near threw me the food and didn't even thank me or say you're welcome when I said thank you to her just rude!!!

Whatever you do, don’t get the hand breaded catfish. It was three times more expensive, and the pieces were quite a bit smaller than the batter dipped. The batter dipped is definitely worth it tho!!

I just had the worst experience from hell literally..Went in today to pickup a order my boyfriend made on his app cashier with purple looking due rag under hat was rude asf even after I told her I’m not with door dash and she snatched our food even with my boyfriend on the phone because she and manager said they had to verify that we wouldn’t say the food got picked up and not received whole time our food was getting cold.
