Visit this location on Christmas eve. about 10 minutes before closing and the the male at the front counter was extremely rude and obviously wasn't happy with his job. wouldn't let me oder food because he says they had nothing left yet 3 cars in the drive threw waiting for food. ..I've visited this location many times and never received attitude like this. Corporate office should truly deal with employees attitude issues.

food was decent but they had a sign that said if they don’t offer you a add on you get it for free … one of the workers said ha that’s funny real loud on the speaker and then when i got to window said i was gone say it you didn’t give me a chance so i didn’t get the free shrimp even though she had already gave me the total sign said if they don’t say it before the total you get it free but that’s neither here nor there … Another thing they didn’t ring in my soda and caught a attitude for them not making a meal although i had repeated my order twice already but never again attitudes are terrible but the food wasn’t bad ..

Last night I ordered a giant fish sandwich and a side of shrimp and gave the young man at the window $20 and he gave me back a dollar and change. I know I gave him $20 because that was all I had and he gone tell me I gave him $10. Clearly this young man is stealing money from customers at this location. This is sad when your workers steal from customers, don't they have cameras on the cash registers to watch the cash register to keep track of the money. I know I will not be spending my money there anymore.

UPDATE: Within 24 hours I received a phone call from the district manager, Laticia, explaining that there were some issues the night we were there that she is actively working to resolve. She was deeply apologetic and offered my husband and I a complementary meal. She showed real, true professionalism and understanding. She very much cares for her customers and providing a more than satisfactory experience. Updating my rating to 5 stars because I could not have asked for a better response. Thank you Laticia!We went through the drive through with two simple orders. We sat in line for 45 minutes. We finally had to leave without food to make it to an appointment. This is the second time we have had to leave without our food at the drive through because of excessive wait times. We thought the first time might have been a fluke but with it occuring a second time several weeks apart it's obviously just the norm. Won't be returning for a third try/disappointment.
