When I came into the restaurant I was greated with a hello from Shirley. Shirley was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. She seemed to be running the front of the house along with giving directions to back of the house and drive through. The restaurant was very clean. When Shirley brought out my food she even thought of bringing extra butter for my dish. I am a manager of a local chain and the customer service here was absolutely outstanding. Shirley deserves a huge raise

Ate lunch, dine in, food was perfectly grilled and fresh. Fast service. Place is very clean. No loud music, nice and peaceful inside. Shirley runs a tight ship there and such a lovely lady!!! We will only eat at this location.
Drive thru is much faster than most, haven't had any attitude from staff and they make awesome recommendations for the meal your trying to buy. Good job and thank you for all you do in feeding the community. People can be difficult and it's no small feat catering to customers taste! You do it well. Thanks Captain D'

They should discontinue their online ordering system because they can't figure it out. I placed an order online and was given a time of 6:18 to pick it up I got there at 6:20 and they still hadn't even started to cook the order. As I was walking up to the door a car who's pulling up to go to the drive-thru, they actually received their order before I even got mine. The people working there couldn't even stay on the front counter to help customers. I don't know what happened to customer service but it went to hell at this place.

The first time I visited(dining in)everything was awesome. Food was fresh and came out quickly. Super nice front counter cashier. Second visit which occurred yesterday was horrible. I ordered take out(4 meals), I had to send the food back due to old cold soggy fries. Everything on my supreme platter was old and hard. I returned to the establishment for a refund. The manager Ms. Shirley was up front to assist. She was so rude and disrespectful about the situation. I advised that I will retry my order next week and I was told not to return to the store due to me complaining about my order being incorrect by Ms. Shirley. Very dissatisfied customer.

This location always takes pride in providing nothing but the absolute best customer service. The food is always fresh and hot but what keeps me coming back is the wonderful staff. I drive across town just to pickup my 2 piece fish with slaw and green beans.Keep up the excellent customer service ?Parking: I’ve had no issues with parking.
