My experience at Cava was unforgettable thanks to Mars. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere he created made me feel welcome and cared for. His attention to detail, genuine warmth, and professionalism elevated the entire dining experience. The food was incredible, but it was Mars’ service that tied everything together — he knew how to anticipate what I needed without ever being overbearing. The energy he brought to the table made the night feel special. Cava is lucky to have him, and I’ll definitely be back because of the way he made me feel. Great job!

While moving my daughter from Houston to Charlotte we stopped at several places to eat and use the facilities. This Cava location was a nice change to some of the stores we stopped at. The restaurant was clean, staff very friendly and the bathrooms were very clean! That's hard to find these days. The two young ladies, up front, were so nice and inviting. They really seemed to take pride in a job well done. Thank you Cava!

I had my first ever CAVA experience here on July 12 around 330pm and had the BEST ever customer service. The young gentleman that helped me and my bestie out was soooo nice and he gave us recommendations on how to mix up the different drinks.
Honestly the food itself was superb (so fresh & flavorful) but the service made it SO much more enjoyable. I wish I caught his name - he was truly so lovely 😭 he even said bye to us when he got off his shift. my bestie came back the next day to grab us bowls because we were addicted LOL. 10/10 food & customer service!!

Ryan & I had a great experience and interaction with Nyla!! She was super nice, helpful, and happy! We have tried both and when given the choice, we are going to choose Zelda over Eastchase every time! The employees make you feel welcome and are happy to serve you and meet your needs. Amazing First Experience at CAVA!
My family and I visited CAVA for the first time, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the fresh and vibrant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding us through the menu and offering great suggestions.
We each built our own bowls, and the quality of ingredients was outstanding—everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The variety of toppings and sauces made it easy to customize our meals just the way we liked them. My son especially enjoyed picking out his ingredients, and my wife and I appreciated how healthy yet satisfying everything was.
The portions were generous, and the flavors were bold without being overwhelming. Whether it was the tender grilled chicken, the spicy harissa, or the creamy hummus, every bite was delicious. It’s rare to find a place that combines convenience, quality, and nutrition so well.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit! CAVA has definitely earned a spot in our regular rotation. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh and flavorful meal!
