The food is good . The service is good. Clean atmosphere . I would like to give extra recongnition to Latonia, Rick , Nyla, and Bj. They are always very friendly and helpful every time I go there. I go at least 2 times every week and have always had a great experience.
My experience at Cava was unforgettable thanks to Mars. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere he created made me feel welcome and cared for. While moving my daughter from Houston to Charlotte we stopped at several places to eat and use the facilities. This Cava location was a nice change to some of the stores we stopped at. The restaurant was clean, staff very friendly and the bathrooms were very clean! That's hard to find these days. The two young ladies, up front, were so nice and inviting. They really seemed to take pride in a job well done. Thank you Cava!
