Everything about this place was awesome. Very surprised this may possibly be the best all around dining experience I've had in a long time. Was seated quickly on a Thursday evening. Waiter was awesome and food was incredible.

We were visiting Montgomery to attend our son's graduation from the US Air Force officer training camp. We were looking for a high end dinning experience and this venue was recommended. It did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in we were pleased. The ambiance was delightful. Our waitress, Cece was a sweetheart and was genuinely interested in our story. The cocktails were great and the food was even better. We would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fine dinning experience.

A great spot for an elegant dining experience. We tried quite a few dishes and enjoyed them all. We started with the salmon croquettes appetizer and iceberg wedge salad. Those salmon croquettes are flavored perfectly. My main course was the Olive roasted rack of Lamb, nothing like a rack of lamb. You won’t leave any meat on the bone. The Gochujang rubbed lamb ribs pack some interesting flavor with a spicy kick. Exactly what I was looking for. We couldn’t resist the desserts, so we devoured the ohh so delicious 😋 strawberry donuts dish and the Jake’s Mile high lemon meringue pie. Those strawberry donuts are perfectly crispy on the outside with a warm middle, reminds me of poundcake. I’m addicted for sure. Even my teenagers enjoyed the rack of lamb.

We went to Central several times a few years ago when we lived in the area and always enjoyed it. We are back in the area and revisited. It did not disappoint!
We had salmon, NY strip, filet, Brussels sprouts, fries, hashbrown casserole, strawberry donut, lime pie, old fashioned, and a Malbec. Everything was amazing and our server, Candace, was very attentive and had great timing for all of our needs. This is a must stop in the MGM area!

It was our first time in Montgomery, and we wanted to try upscale dining that was unique to the city. We started with a glass of Cabernet , which we’d rate 8/10. For starters, we ordered half a dozen oysters—and ended up ordering another half dozen because they were so fresh and delicious. These were the best oysters we’ve had in a while, and the refreshing vinaigrette was the perfect complement.
For our main course, we chose the 22-ounce ribeye, Brussels sprouts, and fries, all of which I’d rate 9/10. The steak was cooked to perfection, flavorful without being overly salty. This was exceptional, especially after a string of lackluster dining experiences we’ve had recently.
Our waiter, Taemon, was excellent—attentive, personable, and really helped make the evening memorable. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night, group outing, or even solo dining. We brought our two-year-old, which may not be ideal, so I’d recommend this spot more for adults or older children.

The seared scallops were buttery and perfectly caramelized, paired with creamy grits that tied the dish together. Service felt polished but warm, and the exposed-brick dining room created a modern, lively Southern atmosphere.

My experience at Central was great! My waitress Candance was phenomenal. She payed attention to my needs and wants and accommodationed all of them. She will forever be my number one at Central. I ate the glazed salmon dish with brussel sprouts along with Rockefeller Oysters which were so delicious. I will most definitely be back!!!Thanks for a great experience for helping me celebrate 🥳 Teacher of the Month.

The seared Gulf fish was tender with a light, citrusy finish, and the short rib starter carried bold, savory depth. Service moved with quiet confidence, and the exposed-brick dining room gave the evening a refined but relaxed rhythm.
