Amazing customer server and satisfaction and the bathroom I have to say you smells amazing . I would give this more than 5 starts all the staff very polite and professional from me just setting and looking around I would definitely come back to dine it. I left a tip for my amazing cashier.

Amazing food and atmosphere are critical, but service is what takes a dining experience over the top or breaks it completely. Our experience was over the top. The owner/manager bounced around the establishment from the time we set foot in the door until the time we left, engaging with all nine in our party, from age 2 through 70-something. And our server, Kiersten, did not miss a beat. Our group raved about her. She was amazing, as were any of her colleagues we came in contact with as they were helping bring out food or get extra items needed. Thank you, Chappy’s, for a flawless and delicious dining experience. We tried to choose a good post-holiday meetup location for a few extended family driving from areas in AL and GA, and you exceeded our expectations, up to and including the dessert case on the way out.
