Got food to go. Two ingredients were missing from my sandwich. (Pickle and mustard) I tried to interrupt the employees who were all chatting with each other, but I seemed to be bothering them so I left.

I love the experience of breakfast, lunch, or supper at Chappy’s. And at any of their locations. The food is always fresh and delicious! They even have gluten free options for me. I met college classmates there and we had a blast!

Great places deserve good reviews!
We stopped in with our 3 little kids while traveling. The customer service was phenomenal. Absolutely amazing. First, they allowed us to sit in their “party room” rather than being seated with a server, etc. Then, they gave each of my kids a little ice cream sample cup which they LOVED. And the ice cream is delicious. Every interaction we had with them was a positive experience— they are not lacking in the hospitality department. Finally, the food was wonderful! And a free kids meal for kids 6 and under with an adult meal purchase? Yes, please!!!
