I brought my 3 grandchildren for a nice lunch. I ordered 2 grilled cheese and Mac and cheese for grands and I had a club sandwich. Food was fast fresh and wonderful. Then followed up with ice cream. The girls really enjoyed the atmosphere and the magic tricks the chappys.. man came around and did. All and all a great time with my girls.Kid-friendliness: Magic tricks which the girls loved

I got the Cuban.. It was good, but the bread was not made how the Cuban sandwich is typically made. (Cubans smash the bread) it was more of all the ingredients on a sub roll. Pricey for what I got. 12& for a small sandwich essentially. I can’t say I’d try it again. But it was good for a first time try. Just could have been better.

Great local eatery in Montgomery. Staff is super friendly. Nothing beats when management walks the floor and greets guests while they are enjoying their meal. Food was exceptional. Waffles are absolutely delicious! Ambiance is nice and relaxing, casual and family friendly.

One of the best local places we have. Food is amazing. Cooked well and tastes amazing.Parking: Plenty parking, but there is a high chance that you have to walk a short distance from your car. Your parking may not be very close to the front door.

Hadn't visited Chappy's in quite awhile. The food and the service was excellent! Didn't care much for the prices but it's because of Biden's economy and stupid policies!
Forgot they don't put the mayo & mustard "crust to crust is a must" as Jeff Mauro says. Very dry sandwich. Will order something else next time.

Chappy's Deli website is not set up well. It lacks the information customers need to let us know the operation hours. I attempted to call in a pick up order a few minutes after 4pm (not realizing they had closed because their website doesn't have this relevant information and also what lunch/dinner business closes early on a weekend??). I called the first time and someone hung up on me before I was able to speak. Then I called back thinking I had poor phone service and someone answered, I stated I'd like to place a pick up order and she cut me off immediately and said we're closed and hung up rudely and abruptly. My frustration is that the website clearly needs to state the hours it's open and there needs to be an automated phone system that announces the business is closed so there's no rude customer service. I'm not local to the area and was excited to get one of my old favorites but now I won't be going to Chappy's Deli again when I stop through Montgomery, or at least not the Peppertree location.

I recently moved to the area, and I meet with a group of men here on Friday mornings around 6:30. After the first week, our waitress, Debra, who serves us every week, remembered that I do not drink coffee.I appreciate the atmosphere here, and the food is delicious as well!

Well, normally it's pretty good. This occasion I paid $37.00 for a soup and sandwich, then a chicken salad croissant that barley had any chicken on it. In addition my potato soup was not kin the bag. I'm sure they would have fixed it, but what a hassle that is. Any how, not as inclined to spend quality money on medium product and performance.
