I’m not sure what happened. I have been going here for decades and it’s been great. But recently they are making bad food. The employees are lying (I asked if my sauces were in the bag - they said yes- went to the car and it’s not there..) the quality of both food and people have gone way down hill. For the ridiculous prices you charge for the food now, maybe do better.

We got a sandwich platter to go for a family reunion. Almost all of it got eaten. High quality. They never let me down.

Have been hearing all the radio ads for Chappy’s so came to lunch. We just had soup, sandwich and drinks. Parking is easy, directly outside. Got seated immediately as it was mostly empty.
The soups were both ok, reasonably tasty but just lukewarm and a bit oversalted.
The sandwiches were fine, good quantity and quality, but bread was limp and they would have been better if toasted. Service unfortunately was lacking. We had to call the waitress over twice, once each for a refill of our drinks. She seemed busy on her phone at the service station and never looked up or checked. We may be willing to try another Chappy’s but probably won’t come back to this one.

Great stop for lunch for the whole family. Good food at an affordable price. Free ice cream with the purchase of entree is an added plus!

This is an annual trip for us on our way to the beach. We drive from TN and spend the night in Montgomery. This is a great place for breakfast on our way out the new morning. Food is great!

The Club Platter and Maple Turkey Croissant sandwiches are top notch. And the service has always been friendly. Today I had to ask about a potential allergen in the bread and the front ladies were so helpful. It was refreshing to have someone who took your concerns seriously.
