Chappy's Deli - Baptist Express

My family has frequented Chappy’s several times during the past 2 weeks. We were always greeted with a smile and hello. Today, we had to say goodbye to our beloved one. We were once again greeted with a smile and hello. I knew we needed food to take with us and needed it quickly. The manager came out immediately and assured us she could have a large sandwich tray ready within 15-20 minutes. She also greeted us with the same smile. The food was wonderful and much needed. So was the kindness and hospitality we received during this very sad time. Thank you to each worker we encountered.

Poor food handling. They run off good employees by bullying them. The manager needs to be replaced.

I ordered a veggies omelet from Chappy's this morning, 03/28/25. I ate the omelet, and it made me sick. I have been sick in my stomach all day.

Customer service is horrible and very unorganized always forgetting something in my bag smh

Not the place you expect the rudest employees. I chose to leave the food behind and not eat it since it was prepared with such hate. But there ya go.

I’m a Baptist employee and have tried to give this place a chance 4 times. The first time my croissant bread was very dry, on the second visit my bacon was left off of my sandwich, on the third visit my fries were left out of the bag, and on the fourth visit which I’m sure is my final visit, my sandwich was the missing cheese, bacon, and tomato and my soup was cold.

I don't like going to establishments where the staff acts like I'm bothering them, and that's what the manager did. I ordered a steak melt w/ sweet potato fries, and the fries were burnt. They remade them, but the packaging of the sandwich was lazy. The grease was seaping through the bag, so she gave me a box. After all of that, I asked for napkins and she acted like I was bothersome. So my issue was fixed, but I still felt like it wasn't as great as it could've been.

I ordered the Philly Supreme. The Supreme part was no peppers except one small price and no onions with a ton of mayo. Then all I wanted was a water and was told it was $3.30 so I said never mind meaning to get a bottle for $1.50. Got charged for it anyway but no cup.

After 24 hours with no food so I could take really yucky medical tests, all I wanted to eat was a bowl of chicken soup. Worst chicken and rice soup I've EVER tasted. "Crunchy" rice should definitely have been cooked longer. No seasoning except WAY TOO MUCH SALT...Threw it away and went elsewhere for food. SHAME ON YOU, Chappy's Deli.

Ordered my food at 7:16pm got my food at 7:52 pm and it was wrong the person at the counter said i had my food since 7:20 and it didn’t look like what I gave back to him the manager had to come fix it would not

Best waffles from a chain. Best pancakes from a chain. I can't believe how big the pancakes are.
