Best waffles from a chain. Best pancakes from a chain. I can't believe how big the pancakes are.

I have been at baptist south today all day. So I had breakfast and lunch at Chappys. Both times it was delicious. And every person that works here is awesome and polite.

I ordered an omelette, heart healthy one made with egg whites. I waited 30 minutes for the food, had been seated at a table, told them would dine in. I finally asked why the long wait. They had placed it in Styrofoam container and left on shelf with the takeouts. It was soggy, full of butter not too heart healthy. Horrible taste. Waitress was slow, acted like no big deal. I will never eat there again.

A surprising place at the hospital. My bacon, egg biscut tasty. Then maple turkey croissant for lunch. The only thing I did not like were the hashbrowns. Tasted like they had been sitting around. Everything else was fresh.Delightful staff! And efficient!Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp.

I enjoy my experience of eating here, but because I work here I eat here more than often than other people. Food is usually good when they make it right. They have some dishes that they just do well with. But sometimes they're just seems to be a miscommunication from the ladies who take your order and the people in the back making the food. We have ordered butter biscuit with sausage on the side and only get the buttered biscuit. Ordered pecan waffle and got pancakes with pecan. Sometimes you don't get your grits that you ordered. Sometimes the grits are very clumpy. We have ordered breakfasts with brown toast and get it with no toast. The hamburgers always seem to come out right every time though. So there's that. You have to ask for your french fries to be extra crispy or they will come out soggy and then they put them in a bag that consist of paper and plastic which makes them soggy by the time you get back to whatever room you're going to eat them with. We always ask for extra crispy and 99% of the time that's the way we get them long as you order them and open the bag of fries up to air out before you go back to where you're going. I've eaten at the other chappys around town and this is just not an issue it just seems to be something with the hospital. One of our co-workers orders omelettes all the time and ask for shredded cheese and they always put a single sliced cheese on there. I do not understand how hard it is to comprehend that you want shredded cheese and not a slice of cheese. It's just little things like that that make it almost unbearable to go down there because you have to check every piece of food you get and you just don't feel comfortable doing that in front of everyone that works there because you just feel like it should be right. But needless to say we have to check everything before we leave the cafeteria or we'll have to make the trip all the way back across the hospital to get our food done right.

I ordered the Philly cheese, the cashier added $1.50 to my order. So I asked why she said it was for roast beef. I have no understanding of what she was talking about, because I have always ordered the Philly cheese and never was charge extra, now when I get my sandwich the meat is dry onions are old and I didn't get any bell peppers or anything else on it. I couldn't even eat. It was AWFUL. Terrible customer service.

I ask for 1/2 Sweet and 1/2 Unsweet tea and got lemonade on a door dash delivery. I'm diabetic. I assume you were out of tea and you took the liberty to substitute what was available. Very poor choice. Terrible.

I have to give it to Chappy’s Express at Baptist Hospital, they did a wonderful job ☺️Sandra B “The cashier” was extra friendly as well as Ethan “the host” is very sweet and helpful which made my “Not very pleasant day to be at the hospital for a family member”experience ,Pleasant. ? Ate here for a 2nd time today. I ordered a Chef Salad and Garden Salad. Both were awesome. However, the lady at the front working the register lacked customer service. Her body was at Chappy's but her attitude was in the gutter.
