I had a Philly cheese steak sandwich with fries and a fountain drink. The sandwich was prepared just as I requested and was very good. I put some seasoning salt on the fries which were hot and quite tasty.

This is a convenient place to grab lunch if you find yourself on Maxwell AFB. The staff do a great job of keeping up with the lunch demands but they are understaffed for the lunch rush. If you can go after 1230 you should be good to go.

Vegetarian options: You can get an all veggie option but it is grilled on the same grill as the meat. I guess it depends on your level of vegetarianism.

Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids meal with either a sandwich or chicken...

We usually get great service at this Charley's. We have had a long relationship with one of the wonderful ladies there. Sadly ? she was not there this visit! The lady taking our order was abrupt to the point of rudness!
I think the young lady ?‍? cooking was new to the job and I accept We all have to learn. However she was working so hard with minimal support from our observation. She had little idea of how to put a Philly sandwich ? together but...
