For this to be a new location, it is so dirty and poorly kept. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go there there’s nobody there to assist you. They’re always somewhere in the back of the restaurant and not tending to the customers. The speaker that you order at is broken so you have to drive to the window just to sit there for nobody to come. I tried to give them a chance twice & both times I’ve been let down. Overall it’s just a poor quality location.

The fries was burnt …. The burger was cold and the sprite tasted like I don’t know what but I will never go again but the cashier was very nice

They were not taking coupons from the app, I wanted a large fry with my Big Buford, they didn't have any large fry cups and the burger was smushed with no lettuce or tomatoes, wasn't a good experience at all

I love checkers but i don't see this establishment lasting much longer due to the staff, the cleanliness, and the service. I came to order for me and my kids and waited at the call box for about 10mins, went to the window to see if there was anyone working and it was 2 young men in there just sitting around. So i get out to go order and still took a minute to get my meal ordered. Looking through the place you can see water all over the floor nobody is working but these 2. They were very nice but nobody was in uniform, one had on slides!!! The outside is so dirty for this to be a new place to Montgomery. Please staff the place with better people, people that want to work, at least get a REAL manager in the store.

The night crew from 09/14/24 was every bit of awful. The intercom was out, so we waited in a long line, just to get to the window to be greeted by an unwelcoming cashier who seemed to hate her job (she was no help) we ordered online, waited an extra 20 minutes just for our order to be sloppily made wrong. Service not recommended 0.

Went 2 days in a row trying to order food they never came to the speaker the 1 day I went parked an Walked to the front window ppl were eating an talking in the back of the store day 2 the never came to the speaker again this time I went through the drive thru an drove to the window this lady comes to the window I ask her does their speaker work she said yes I said I been waiting to order she asked what I wanted I told her she didn't no what I was talking about had to go get the cook he was slower then the lady at the window both idiots had to go get the manager an she wasn't any better she was Dumber the they was had the nerve to charge me additional fee for using my card I've never heard that of that clearly what I was trying to order was on the sign above the speaker and they couldn't figure it out gots to do better. But will never go back here hire smart people an not just anybody off the street an maybe I won't have to Drive to Dothan or Auburn just to get checker.

The one in Montgomery AL. picks who they want to serve after a certain time. They wouldn't even serve me with no explanation, and just got done serving someone in front of me. Mind you, it was 1:10 when I went and they didn't close till about another 2 hours. Anywho, they loosing money do to bad customer service.
Pulled up to order through the drive thru, no one responded. Asked twice if anyone was there and still no answer. Pulled around to see if it was a mic issue and there's another car in the drive thru parked in front of the service window and they are just chatting with the workers inside. Sat there for a good 5 minutes without getting to order. We left.

I pulled up to the drive thru speaker. I said hello many times. No one responded. I went next door to get some seafood. I look up and two guys come from the back and go into the kitchen area. Another car pulls up and gets service.
