We ordered our food, and it immediately came to us, Eugine was the kindest man jve ever met. He filled up our drjbkd and always had a smile through his mask. And to top it off, we got ice cream for a 1 dollar and 50 cent!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at the Ann St. Montgomery, AL loaction, 01/09/2025.
My experience not only involved unprofessional behavior from an employee but also a lack of proper resolution when the matter was brought to the attention of the general manager.
During our visit, we requested fresh hashbrowns, which should be a simple and reasonable request. However, the employee at the drive-thru window responded by saying we were "getting on her nerves" and that she wanted us "out of her window." This response was both unprofessional and offensive, leaving us feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
When we brought this matter to the attention of the general manager, Angela, we hoped for a resolution that reflected Chick-fil-A's commitment to excellent customer service. Unfortunately, Angelas response was condescending and dismissive, further compounding our frustration. Instead of addressing the situation with understanding and professionalism, she made us feel that our concerns were not being taken seriously.
This experience is far below the high standard of customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for. I urge you to investigate this incident and provide additional training for both the employee and the management staff to ensure better handling of customer concerns in the future.

This place has really gone downhill in service. Was in the drive-thru earlier today and the guy barely greeted me with a mumble and "What do you want?" When my ordering was completed and I paid, he just said "Ok" and walked away. I've gotten much better service at McDonald's.

The manager or general manager or whoever is in charge is cheap but the prices are not, I get tortilla soup when it comes in season and every chick fil a location that I go to except this one will not give me 5 bags of tortilla strips, they don’t even offer the option to buy extra. I buy this soup at least 2x a week while in season because I’m obsessed.
