First time coming here...such an excellent service. Shoutout to JOSHUA who took care of our order. He took the time to take our orders, explain some of the milkshake flavors that was new, and offered to replace it with a different one if we don't like it. He was very respectful, very detailed and attentive. It was very busy but he took the time to take care of us even after we already paid and got our orders. Thanks Joshua! You embodied Chick-fil-A.

Myself and some friends wanted to see the new store , it looks great. Keshia are cashier seemed a little new but really kept a great attitude and had no problem getting help, being a manager I love the eagerness to help me and learn. We need more people in the work force like her!

No playplace. Several photos of this location show a play place but it does NOT have one. The building is brand new (has that ‘new car smell’) so maybe the old building had a playplace.

Amazing service. Joshua took our order and he knew we were form of of town. Made us feel very welcome and invited us to their new remodeled store next time we visit. Food was on spot and someone else approached us to make sure we were ok and happy with the food and service. When you get the good service and happy employees, you know they love their job and that’s priceless!

Excellent service!! We were visiting from South Florida and Joshua was absolutely amazing! He was friendly and helpful. Invited us to their new remodeled store next we are in town. In Florida they are very helpful and respectful but this store everyone was welcoming and check if we were ok. Everyone went the extra mile and that means that they love their job!

This was the slowest, dirtiest, rudest Chick Fil A I’ve EVER been to. I was in the drive thru 15-20 minutes, I had to repeat my order 3 times and she still didn’t ring up what I wanted. My fries were Luke warm and there was cold, unmelted cheese on my sandwich. Do better!

Let me start by saying. As I approached, the young man standing outside of and working drive thru was great. He made a point to make eye contact and welcome me.The store was loud and disorganized.I have never seen so many employees doing so little at a Chick-fil-A. They apparently were bothered that we were there interrupting them visiting with each other. Then one man wearing the safety patrol belt got mad at a girl in a group of about 6 employees having a visit and stormed out making a scene. The young lady who served me was sweet and dumb. She aggravated me so bad but was not trying to.At the end of my visit the same young man (from my arrival)thanked me for being there and wished me safe travels. I wish I had the young man's name he deserves recognition.Got to my truck and the food was subpar at best. The grilled nuggets looked like they had been dipped in dirty motor oil. The tomatoes on my sandwich were slimy and old.I won't be back this store is gross!!!!I think if you wanted to figure out who the young man was just watch for the only person doing customer service.

Come through the drive-thru, and had excellent service as always. The food was perfect, and the drive thru time was fantastic. I never have a bad experience at any chikfila, and this is no exception?

Do NOT go to the drive-thru at this location if you don't have 20 minutes to spare. Seriously the SLOWEST Chick-fil-A drive-thru I've been to. 2:15 in the afternoon should not have taken so long. The building is old and the parking lot is horrible and the lanes are tight and filter down to one you can't pull out of. Once you're in there, you're stuck. So, with all the time it takes to get to the window, I was disheartened at how long it actually took to get my SALAD. I came to this location because I was nearby for an appointment and I figured I would swing in here versus getting back on the interstate and hitting Ann St before going to work. Needless to say, I should have gone to Ann St. Staff were friendly enough, and their food is standard Chick-fil-A food,hard to mess up.
It is two thirty in the afternoon and you will be in line until tomorrow at this location...its always like this!

Probably the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had. I travel the US for work, so I have been to a lot of their locations. Freshest fries I’ve ever had from cfa. Great customer service and drive through speed. Nuggets are cut to perfect size (not too large and also no tendons) also seasoned perfectly. This should be a training location for the company.

Went through the long drive thru and they got my order wrong. Walked inside to let them know. Male worker just grabbed the wrong order from me and threw it in the trash can with an attitude and said they'll remake the order. Not even an apology. Attitude as if I was wrong for wanting what I ordered lol Won't be coming back to this location again.
