I ordered the grill wrap and it was not prepared as it usually is. I ordered in the drive thru at 9:45 pm and they close at 10pm The Eastchase location . They had me to pull into a space because they were about to close and some one would make it. Before I pulled into the parking space; several employees were asking each other whose going to make the grill wrap. I called the next day to ask for a remake ; Spoke with 3 different employees and a message sent from a supervisor that said it’s nothing they can do about it. Really Chick-fil-A !!!! I’m out of $14.27 and no meal.

I stopped at this location while traveling recently through Montgomery. Chick Fil A is always a safe choice for good food and great service. I found the exception. Upon entering, I needed a restroom break first. Restroom needed attention. The dining area had dirty tables and floors. Did not see a team member working on cleaning the area. They were steady but not busy. When we walked to the counter to order, a team member walked up to assist us and asked, “you ready”? No smile, or eye contact. After a brief wait, we were handed our order. We got it to go based on condition of dining area. Our food was room temp and my chicken nuggets tasted like pickles. This type of experience was definitely not expected at a Chick Fil A.

Slow and unprofessional service Poor quality food - chicken portion is small compared to other locations like Chicago Food was left on the pickup section and I was dining in waiting on the table. Then they recognized they made a mistake so they brought in the food cold I wouldn’t recommend this location

As always, Chick fil A is my favorite fast food. Always delicious! I'll get one for me to eat on the way home and have another when I get there. Since I live about forty five miles away, it is always a welcome meal when I get home .

They layout is kinda of confusing for out of state travelers and some of the locals are not so friendly with us visitors for not understanding how to proceed. Kinda not a 100% a Chick-fil-A issue, we just came across rude people. Just are used to southern hospitality and we unfortunately didn't get it.

Very quick drive-thru experience with all food given as ordered. Love the chicken minis or chicken-egg-cheese for breakfast and a spicy deluxe the rest of the day.
Rude order taker, food was less than desirable. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and I got a whole lot of lettuce and maybe a few small pieces of shredded chicken. Cost too much to receive so little.
