Very quick drive-thru experience with all food given as ordered. Love the chicken minis or chicken-egg-cheese for breakfast and a spicy deluxe the rest of the day.
Rude order taker, food was less than desirable. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and I got a whole lot of lettuce and maybe a few small pieces of shredded chicken. Cost too much to receive so little.

I arranged a pick up catering order for our physician practice and realized one of our trays was accidentally not included. I called in to see if we could come back and pick it up. I spoke with Gabe who was very nice and helpful. He apologized several times and said they wanted to bring it to us. I thought that was very generous. They brought it right away. Fannie delivered the tray and she too was very nice and helpful. She apologized as well several times and made sure we had everything that we needed. Things sometimes happen which is definitely understandable, especially with such a high paced environment. Their customer service is so great and they created such a positive experience. I have also went in several times before and have never had a bad experience. It's very obvious that customer service and satisfaction is very important to them!
Update: this still happens. Monday I sat behind a sheriff's car for 8 minutes after receiving my food. The four cars behind me also say and waited. Just have the delayed vehicle pull forward to a parking spot and deliver there. This drive thru flies when it's crowded. When it isn't crowded, they DONOTCARE and you will wait. Review from Two years ago: This place takes forever. 15 minutes minimum. And it's not the crowd, it is management. No matter what I get I wait forever. No matter if I try drive thru, counter, pickup, order ahead. I always stand inside or sit in my car watching every other line fly while my line stands still. Avoid unless you have a lot of extra time. Today was ridiculous. I had my food in my car in the drive thru "Express" for 5 minutes before the car in front of my got theirs. Entire drive thru "Express" experience 6:54a in, 7:11a out. But that regular drive thru line was flying. 12+ cars passed me while I was sitting 2nd in DTE line. Maybe checking in with the front car before delivering food to the next 4 cars then checking would be a better policy.
