I don't know what's happening in the fast food industry, but it seems like all they worry about is getting to the next car. Asked for extra ice.haha that didn't happen. Fries were barely cooked. Asked for well done, my bad! The sad part is I'm related to the couple that helped Mr. Truett Cathy start his company. He was an amazing man. Started right out of the military my Uncle Col Taylor was his superior and friend and believed in him. That said, I am sad to give this review. Chick-fil-A go back to the begining.

Most ghetto Chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to! The girl on the drive thru line was very rude. I made a mobile order and told her the name it was under. She went into the iPad did some clicks and walked away. She did not confirm my order, didn’t ask me if I wanted to change anything (which is what they normally do), didn’t say bye or anything…just walked away with a face! What is this Macdonalds?

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. During my visit, I encountered a situation where a worker named Janet mentioned that employees are rude due to being underpaid and feeling controlled. Additionally, the young man who took my order displayed disrespectful behavior, including wearing his hat tilted and pants sagging. Moreover, I overheard Manager Ms. Tina speaking to him in a manner that seemed unprofessional and rude, particularly when she commented on picking up items from the ground due to their cost. Given these experiences, I am disappointed and have decided not to dine here again.

My order was wrong after waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru. The employees were scrambling around as if every one was new. I did not see any leadership during the chaotic wait. I come to this location several times a week and I've never had this type of experience.
