1st time getting food from this location. 1. Was never greeted or spoken to until I spoke up myself during my entire visit 2. Carry out bag with my food placed in ready area without my drink 3. One cashier who was not busy at all, ignored me and took an order from someone who walked in shortly after me then walked to the kitchen and never came back up front 4. Finally asked one of the workers cleaning the lobby for my drink since everyone else ignored me because my food had been sitting in the ready area, apparently my drink was made but sitting on the back counter 5. Get in truck to leave, the parking lot is horrible 6. No straw in the bag 7. No sauce in the bag that was ordered with my nuggets and 8. ALL of my food was cold. I will stick to Eastchase, I have never had any issues there

i dont understand why ww need to merge in drive thru line if you order thru app like i dont wanna wait in that slow drive thru line that's why I'm ordering thru app
please make a separate line for mobile thru like eastchase

This is the worse chick fil a I have ever been too! These people don't know what they doing. Need more training. Waited in line for 20 min just to order. Then another 20 min to get food. Horrible service and food was cold

I have eaten here a few times now and every time the service has been good, the restaurant is clean, and food has been delicious. There is issues here and there, missing items or wrong items, but I can chuck that up to it being a new location with a new staff.

Singlehandedly the worst chick fil a experience I have ever had. Ordered ahead of time through mobile thru in hopes of it being a quick and easy experience and it was anything but. After I scanned, I got to the window and was told to pull forward to the stop sign where I waited for enough time to have 16 cars get their orders and drive off before I even got an explanation. I made multiple attempts to get their attention, and got nothing. So I went inside to ask what the wait was for and the manager, Mike, told me it was because the food wasn’t ready. When I asked why I wasn’t given an explanation or anything while waiting he had nothing to say except an insincere apology. He then handed the food to me and quickly turned around and walked away, didn’t offer anything for the wait or anything at all, not even a hint of caring. Extremely disappointed and I expect to hear from a manager.

All employees don’t know what they’re doing. Employee asked what my order was and my name like 3 times. The drive through line took ages because the girl didn’t know what she was doing. In the end I didn’t get my ranch or my straw. I come here a lot, They get my order wrong most of the time. Horrible place. I give it two just because chick fil a is actually good in general. Even going inside is as worse, They take forever even if there’s like no one there. Please just go to the Eastchase location. I could yap on more about how this place messed with my order, but you get the point.

Chicken cold and dry, pices of grisly from grill hanging of sandwich bun was stale
Lettuce wilted and tomatoes mushy.
Fries cold and dried out
New place e.plyees need training.

I’m hoping this location gets better as time goes on, the chicken grill breakfast sandwich is terrible! I got it the same day they opened the bread was hard and the chicken cold. My son in love got it this morning and it was the same. We are not used to this coming from chick fila. I’m disappointed so I will drive all the way back to Eastchase until this one gets it together. I had great hopes for this location because it’s at my back door but it’s better to drive further to get the quality food I’m used too. Sorry Vaughn location but you must get faster and live up to the quality food chick fila has always offered.

I was so excited about this location especially when I learned they had an indoor playground. I was there during the grand opening and have since made 5 more trips. However I was very disappointed during my 4th visit because it certainly was not up to the known Chik FIL A standard. My strips were overcooked and didn’t taste freshly cooked. I took them back and asked for some freshly cooked strips. After waiting about 15 mins, I was told oh they just dropped your strips. Instead of waiting another 15 mins, I opted to get a refund. I was very disappointed in the manager for not handling my situation better. I observed several of the younger workers laughing and playing behind the counter. If this Chik Fil A doesn’t hire and train more competent workers, it is going to Fail terribly. I’m sure Mr Gary, the owner would be just as disappointed to learn of all the problems this facility is experiencing and it’s mainly the young incompetent staff working in the evenings. They don’t seem to take their jobs seriously

This location is very slow. Took over 15 minutes for just a sweet tea once. Took 20 mins for soup another time. Staff do not seem trained to CFA standards. Hope it improves!

This is the worst Chik-fil-a I have ever visited. They are slow and definitely do not have enough staff. Why do I have to wait 15 min just for a breakfast sandwich? With only one person handing out meals. This is an embarrassment to the Franchise!
