ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS WAIT TIME. I placed an online order at 11:14 and I did not receive my order until 11:58. This made me late to clock back in at my job and I will be calling cooperate. They people were nice and apologized for being short staffed, but a 44 minute wait for two scoops of chicken salad is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Also, 4 people in my group ordered at the counter. They got their orders after 5-10 minutes. Two people (myself included) wanted 44-49 minutes because we ordered online. We notified the staff multiple times that were there.

Placed a to-go order at 11:11am. Was supposed to be ready by 11:21am. Didn't get my food until 11:57am, and I had to ask about it multiple times. My friends who ordered in person got their orders within 15 minutes, what's the point of placing a to-go order if it takes longer?

My wife tried to eat there. She has celiac disease and asked them to make her food gluten free as she had a food allergy to wheat/gluten. They didn’t listen and she got sick. It’s ok if a place can’t deliver gluten free but they just need to say so.

Very slow. The past 3 times I have ordered online my food has taken 30 + minutes to be ready. In addition, I always do a mobile order so I go to the mobile order line and the employees completely ignore that line. The reason most people order online is for quick service and mobile orders are treated last.

Out of almost everything. No soup, no crackers, only 2 kinds of salad available. Normally one of my go to stops for a quick pickup. Got Fancy Nancy only had a couple of chunks of apple and NO grapes. Sounds like a management problem to me. Personnel were very courteous and apologetic.

Never have mac n cheese when ordering through the app. The dining room smells really weird/nasty. Employees sitting down when I was waiting at the register trying to pick up my mobile order. I recommend the CSC on Vaughn Rd.
