Although, I did come in almost 10 minutes before closing due to me over-napping, the business was still open. The food was fresh and good, but the service was okay. I did apologize for showing up at the last minute, but I did not receive a smile or a pleasant look. I hope everyone just had a long day.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS WAIT TIME. I placed an online order at 11:14 and I did not receive my order until 11:58. This made me late to clock back in at my job and I will be calling cooperate. They people were nice and apologized for being short staffed, but a 44 minute wait for two scoops of chicken salad is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Also, 4 people in my group ordered at the counter. They got their orders after 5-10 minutes. Two people (myself included) wanted 44-49 minutes because we ordered online. We notified the staff multiple times that were there.

Placed a to-go order at 11:11am. Was supposed to be ready by 11:21am. Didn't get my food until 11:57am, and I had to ask about it multiple times. My friends who ordered in person got their orders within 15 minutes, what's the point of placing a to-go order if it takes longer?
My wife tried to eat there. She has celiac disease and asked them to make her food gluten free as she had a food allergy to wheat/gluten. They didn’t listen and she got sick. It’s ok if a place can’t deliver gluten free but they just need to say so.

Very slow. The past 3 times I have ordered online my food has taken 30 + minutes to be ready. In addition, I always do a mobile order so I go to the mobile order line and the employees completely ignore that line. The reason most people order online is for quick service and mobile orders are treated last.
