@Scott Deviney, ceo chicken salad chick,
Was denied a free Veterans day meal even though I had an honorable dd214 and a soft VA ID. Any veteran can tell what a dd214 is.
You don’t have to provide meals on veteran’s day if you can’t respect a veteran.
It clearly shows you never served because you don’t understand what a dd214 is.
So why offer free veterans day meals when you can’t really appreciate what it is to serve.
I didn’t serve for a free meal and you are not obligated to offer one, especially when it comes without true appreciation or respect.
Edit: I wrote to that email for the 3rd time as advised. If you really don’t care about the people’s experiences. Why even bother. I have no interest in pursuing this matter further. I will simply avoid your brand going forward.

I recently dined in and was disappointed with my experience. This says a lot because I have visited many other Chicken Salad Chick locations and usually enjoy my meals. The drink station was dirty and there was a spill in front of the ordering counter that stayed there the entire time I was in the restaurant. The potato soup was just okay but thinner than what I am used to. The grape salad was the biggest letdown because the flavor seemed off and many of the grapes were soft and past their fresh stage. The cookie tasted stale, and the pickle didn’t look nor taste fresh. Even the sweet tea was not sweet, and I made sure it was not the unsweetened option. My order did come out quick, but they forgot my chips in the process. Overall this visit fell far below the standard I am used to at other locations.
I ordered Olivia's chicken sandwich croissant with potatoe soup. The sandwich was great and the soup was barely warm but tasted good. Had they not been so busy I would have asked for the soup to be heated.

I've always enjoyed Chicken Salad Chick for lunch--the food is tasty, and the daytime staff is usually super friendly. However, my recent visit around 6:45 PM on a weeknight was a letdown. The place was empty, and I jokingly mentioned to the cashier that we had it all to ourselves, but she didn't respond or even crack a smile. Then, she informed us we could only order to-go, despite the posted closing time being 8:00 PM. No signage on the door indicated the dining room was closing early, which was frustrating. We ended up leaving without ordering. The night staff could use a serious lesson in customer service, and management should be aware that this is happening. I love the food here, but this experience left a bad taste. Please clarify dining hours to avoid this confusion!

Great place to eat
First time in and would come back. Everything was deliciois
Good evening! I am an avid customer of Chicken Salad Chick. This evening 02-19-2025 I purchased a classic carol scoop from this location’s drive through line. However when I returned home, the actual scoop was the old south that contains eggs; which I am allergic to. I returned to the store to exchange or purchase a new scoop only to find the store closed at 6:25pm; the store states they close at 7pm on Google. This is a first that I’ve had a bad experience at this location, and I am disappointed.

I love chicken salad chick when it comes to their food! Never disappointed. The service is pretty slow and sometimes you have to ask for someone to come take your order. Other than maybe needing more people up front working, I love it. Will always get the sassy scotty on a croissant with a side of potato soup!
I love their sassy scotty
Very friendly and professional customer service!!!

My wife stopped here for lunch today 9/3. When she got her order and got home a few minutes later she realized her chicken salad smelled off/sour and had a weird taste to it.

I'll let the GM decide if they think this was a "superb experience".
- took 21 minutes to receive my food and there was only 1 customer ahead of me.
- Self serve cooler broken
- Coke flat
- My chips didn't make it in my to-go order
- Toaster was broken
- Out of fruit
- Bread for my kids sandwich was stale
- The staff was clearly distracted by friends of theirs who came into the restaurant, back and forth chatter between them all, which likely led to the obnoxiously long wait time. One of the employees, was wearing a chicken salad chicken shirt, kept going into the kitchen then back to the register and then out front to hang out with his friends. I'm not even sure this kid was working at that time, at times he acted like he was working and other times he acted as casual as a customer. ?♂️
Normally a fan of this place but this visit will likely lead to me choosing elsewhere next time.
