Me , my friend and her parents went on Saturday February 15 . We were first quoted a 30 minute wait so we waited the 30 minutes. When we came back someone else said it would be another 30 minutes, even though there was tables open that stayed open for the duration of our stay. Waiters were quick and acted like they had no time for certain people. We had to wait for a drink for over 10 minutes when our server waiting standing around in the back talking to other servers. Another server who tended to us how an attitude when we asked politely for two things The food wasn’t very hot either. We also had to wait a odd amount of time for it compared to other times eating there

Ordered Doordash for Valentines Day. My meal was a Bacon Guac Chicken Sandwich with Swiss. I received a bun with all the fixings (no swiss but shredded cheddar) put together with NO CHICKEN. Just a huge scoop of guacamole to make it look bigger. Shady!!!

I satisfied my curiosity from TV commercials about the 3 for me special. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is I received my hamburger and French fries within 30 seconds of ordering it. Nothing was freshly cooked and I would wager a quarter that their iced tea is made from an instant mix. It sure enough tasted like instant tea which is not good.

When we got there the hostess went to sit us at a small booth but because of my disabilities we needed a regular booth. The hostesses were talking crap about us right in front of us. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. The server was the bartender and she did awesome. The food was good and the waitress had good time management skills. Other than the hostesses being rude it was a good experience

The food was just ok. Chili's standard. The Chili itself was far too salty.
Service however, was truly excellent. Paris was attentive, personable and anticipated our requests.

This place needs a new manager. We waited over 40 minutes for our appetizers another 30 for our meals. A table touch should have been made at some point during the long wait. Instead we had to ask for a manager. Ashley greeted us by saying is that your problem just the food taking so long? She then said she'd be back. Came back after another 10 minutes or so to say she could offer a dessert but couldn't apologize for being busy. I've worked in numerous restaurants over the years being busy isnt an excuse for the service we received today. I didnt need a dessert. I wasn't looking for anything for free. I simply wanted to let a manager know the wait times were unacceptable but she couldn't careless. She could only say that she couldn't apologize for being busy and ask if I wanted her to cancel the second round of drinks we'd been waiting on since the first time we asked to speak to a manager.
My 4 year old was done with her entire meal and antsy before we ever got our appetizer. I can't believe the manager saw no issue with this.
Ashley was very condescending and has no business being management.

The place was empty but took 30 minutes for a table. It took 30+ minutes for a waitress to come see us and get our drink orders. We never got refills and it took an hour for food. When we got the food it was cold or the order wasn’t complete. I haven’t been to chili’s in 10+ years and I won’t be back for another 10+ years

We got there at 5:30. We had seven people. We ended up with a booth at first which would only fit six. Then we were given a table with a chair. At the end. We did not get to order our food until after 6:00 and we did not get our food till after 6:30. We only saw our waitress twice because she was so overwhelmed because they were so understaffed. When we left we discovered that there were tables on the other side of the restaurant that they could have put together for us.

I arrived to pick up my order and I waited for someone to come to the car but no one came. I called and was instructed I had to come inside. I went inside and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. They were having some staffing issues.

Food was decent and service great. I had the chipotle chicken crispers which were fresh and hot. The loaded potato soup was wonderful. I also had the molten chocolate cake for dessert. Had been a while since I’d been to chilis.

Everything was so cold. Like they peppered it in the morning and then bring it to me as dinner. So basically they just put my food in microwave. I eat that combination full order of ribs always in Chilly and I eat almost in every state cause I am a truck driver so I travel a lot. And this was worst ribs in Chilly since I start to go in Chillys maybe 2 yes ago and definitely my last time to go there.
I leave a stunning tip like everything was OK more than 25%. My stomach is bad, I feel bad I wish I didn't go on dinner. So disappointed.

Food was great. No little kiosk at the tables which was weird. The main issue is that Chilis needs to make sure the waitresses are properly trained. They had zero time management skills and completely forgot to give us our drinks, our appetizers, and getting refills was a game of patience. There were hardly any patrons in the restaurant so it wasn't because they were busy. Slow service.

The level of cares given by manager Eric Wilson is crazy for me and my family to have us waiting over a hour and not care about trying to get seated . The customer service satisfaction is horrible because there is no initiative in anything there was tables that could’ve been compromised to be seated but the thing is we have yet to see who the manager is in the whole hour we have been here I was able to read on sign who manager on duties was but hate I couldn’t even meet him to let him know how I feel
