My family and I had the pleasure of patronizing this location for a to go order after getting in town on Wednesday night. The main turn-offs from the experience were the restaurant not being a tidy in the appearance on the inside. It gave the feeling that everyone was over it and ready for closing time. In general I think there are some standards that need some improvement.
Engaging with the to go team, there were 3 employees in the space that did not immediately greet us but did see us walk up. We finally managed to get some acknowledgement and determined which of them we would order with. We had to repeat our order at least 4 times because one of the 3 employees who took the order had a challenge navigating the menus on the register to find what we wanted to order. Finally, the order was placed, we waited, food gets done, and Thry literally just sit the bag on the counter and didn't bother to ask if we needed anything else. We checked our order, boxes were sticky but food was correct and did taste proper when we got back to our hotel. All in all, we left with the impression that improvements were needed and the staff requiring a refresh in keeping the areas tidy and staying engaged with the customer for great service experience.

been here a few times, and this location has honestly never done me wrong. always get my order right and the food is always really good. customer service and atmosphere are always on point as well. overall great restaurant

It took a while for our party of 10 to secure tables and for us to receive our food however the server had a really good attitude, very pleasant and the bacon cheeseburger that I had was really good.

Went in with a friend for a late lunch. We were appalled with how the dirty the restaurant was. Debris on the floor, stained walls. A general state of poor maintenance. We looked around, sat down for about 2 minutes and left. Will not go back there.
On July 16th, we encountered a ROACH that decided to sit with us at the booth. We IMMEDIATELY canceled our food and went straight to Walk Ons. At least the waiter understood our frustrations for leaving abruptly . BEWARE PEOPLE

Me and my mom went into this location, with us never having chilis, our server Joseph Thomas (JT) was very kind and patient with us, I don’t think I’ve ever had better service at a restaurant before and the food was awesome if anyone is looking for a place to eat THIS IS IT.I was told the the general managers name is Eric Wilson and I think everyone should strive to be like Joseph was today.

Worst restaurant experience ever. Not exaggerating. Our kids’ food came 45 minutes before mine and my wife’s, so they were done eating and over it by the time we finally asked for ours to be boxed to go. We were ignored basically the entire time. No explanation as to what took 55 minutes for 8 chicken tenders and fries. If you haven’t left home yet, you still have time to turn around and go somewhere else!

Me , my friend and her parents went on Saturday February 15 . We were first quoted a 30 minute wait so we waited the 30 minutes. When we came back someone else said it would be another 30 minutes, even though there was tables open that stayed open for the duration of our stay. Waiters were quick and acted like they had no time for certain people. We had to wait for a drink for over 10 minutes when our server waiting standing around in the back talking to other servers. Another server who tended to us how an attitude when we asked politely for two things The food wasn’t very hot either. We also had to wait a odd amount of time for it compared to other times eating there
