Chipotle Mexican Grill

I put in an online order for pickup. 10 minutes later I arrived at the restaurant. I waited an additional 20 minutes inside for my food. There was one employee working the main line, and one employee working the online-order station. Both seemed exhausted and therefore understandably slow. Food was noticeably too salty.

I should have gone with my first mind. This was one of MANY bad experiences, but this one topped it. I did not review the other times but something has to be done about the customer service at this location. I will not be returning and will use the other Montgomery location. When I walked in I was not greeted and there was a lack of communication as I stood in line for over 30 mins (of my LUNCH break) only for them to be out of Chicken, Cheese, and most of the salsas. The person on the line said they were getting ready to cut the chicken and I waited another 10 minutes only for no one to cut it. I finally left because I was out of time for my break. To add, as I was waiting in line several people who placed online orders were coming back in because something was wrong with them and over half of the people behind me to left because they were out of so much/taking so long.

I normally don’t write bad reviews but today has topped the cake for me !! I’m here at 9:35pm drove 45mins to get here just to walk to the door and see employees cleaning up 🤨she said oh we are closed that’s it that’s all😕Uh hello u all closed at 11pm which is on the sign and on the google website Everytime I come here at night it’s a issue with these young kids at work..restaurant is super dirty and seem like the people are more ready to go home ..If y’all closed 11pm everyday why am I not able to get food right at 9:40 still sitting here watching the employees clean up this is ridiculous And on top of that I wasn’t given a reason on why and customers are pulling in leaving because they won’t be served Plz do better at this location bar is never filled

This is the 2nd time I've been where Chipotle did not have many of the items at lunch hour. Yes, I've been during lunch multiple times and it has never been empty containers. All there was rice, chop chicken, steak, black beans & cheese. No beef, fajita, corn, lettuce. Who is doing the inventory and ordering.

I’ve been there twice. The food is delicious, but the portions are smaller than in other branches.

Asked for plain white rice the worker didn’t have the decency to even check to see if there was any available. Instead she just said they didn’t have any more. Never had this issue at other locations. Not sure how there’s none available if you have to add cilantro into the regular rice. 0/10 customer service

is was awful the workers are all over the place and also they took over 40 min have rice made when they said it takes 5 we been waiting !! over 40 ! the portions was small and they try over charging my grandma for some dang guacamole ridiculous never going back there !

Supposed to open at 10:45, got here at 10:50 and there were people standing outside waiting. The doors were locked until 11:20. Get inside and they have no vinaigrette. Why is there no vinaigrette made at the start of the day? Had to still wait for the chicken to be cut up. This is sad. Shut this place down.

Very poor planning and cleanliness on Chipotle's part! I arrived for an early dinner, and Chipotle is already completely out of bowls, brown rice, pinto beans, and queso. People behind me left without ordering after informing manager this is ridiculous.

Update 10/25: I had to tell the person to change her gloves after handling money prior to pulling out lettuce 🤢 This location needs some leadership.

If you want to wait hours for your food this is the place to order.
