I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Chipotle location. Every time I ask a question, the representative seems unfamiliar with the topic. Last week, I inquired about my points and the representative was unsure how the program works. I also asked about a coupon they sent me, and again, the representative was unclear. I visit this location weekly and request a bag with a handle, yet the representative consistently forgets. It's frustrating to encounter such incompetence on a regular basis.

This is the second time our staff ordered from this location w/ door dash and they just put what they want in the bowl …. Or barely put anything at all. Staff is very dissatisfied when you try to call nobody answers or you get an automated system! Why have the sticker attached to order if your not going to go by whats on the sticker …. 0/10

Brown guacamole and salsas mixed in with each other, no lettuce for salads.

I went right after they opened and every table was filthy. It was clear that the closing crew had not done their job, but also that the morning crew was too lazy to fix it anyways. The overall atmosphere at this Chipotle is "eff it." I stopped going to it now and am happy to drive to Prattville instead when I want Chipotle just so I can sit at a clean table and feel more confident about the quality of the food.

Three times in a row I got my veggie burrito bowl, and every single time they didn't had veggie fajitas. Even if you tell them that you will wait , they would not cook more. Never put pick up order at this location.

First of all when I walk in there was a group of people laughing and screaming but when I went to get my food I ask for a simple burrito but at the end they went to rap it was horrible they had to get multiple pieces of tortilla
so when I went to eat it, tasted like straight tortilla and also when I grabbed the burrito it almost fell out of the bag. But there was also pieces of glass everywhere outside of the building. It almost went in my shoe, .

It was really busy but the employees took their name and made sure my order was accurate and prepared correctly. Ordering for 5 people can be hard sometimes. I felt like the only customer that mattered at the time from the first person that started the food to the cashier.
The tables were clean and the food was amazing and the bowl was a generous helping

Kid-friendliness: 3 kids quesadillas came with three additional options. I got xtra cheese, lettuce , and corn

I ordered three bowls from Chipotle today off Doordash when I received my food none of the bowls had corn in them like they were SUPPOSED TO. One bowl was almost empty literally barely had any food in it and on top of that they didn’t put my chips in my bag which I paid for and the second bowl was mostly rice.

Service is slow, we waited 20 minutes in line to get to the foodlineto order and it is clearly not clean. It is managed poorly based on the cleanliness. The grill was filthy. Several of the items were out. No one has on hair nets with one lady with braids turned around and her hair went in the food. We love chipotle but we will never be back to this one. I didn't even mention the attitude but I guess I will…If you Dont want to work, stay at home or closed the business!

Go here 1-2x a month. This is the second time we’ve been in here and they run out of veggies when they took our order. Already waited 20 min. When you ask for them to make some, attitude is given. Managed poorly around lunch (first experience of them running out) and 5pm (the second time). Food line isn’t cleaned. I felt bad for the girl today, taking the order bc it wasn’t her, it was people she had to ask to give us customers a good experience that snapped at her. Needless to say, we left. I won’t be back. I will go to Moe’s.
