Very rude customer service. I get that the hospitality industry can be hectic at times but that doesn't give you the right to snap at someone for simply inquiring about their order.

The food was really good. The only drawback was it took a extremely long time to get our food. The restaurant was definitely understaffed and the service suffered. The staff that were working was pleasant.

This order sucks. I asked for a veggie bowl & picked out the meat.
Used the mobile app to create the order. Can people not read what was printed on The ticket???
Also this is the whitest brown rice in the state.

Came here for lunch my first time at this location and honestly the service here was so nice and fast and definitely seemed like the employees were happy to be there even if it is them working. The environment is very very nice here and I just couldn’t help but sit outside and enjoy the weather . Happy to have it near by! Will definitely be back. The host Bria and the girls in the front were sooo so sweet. !!

The people are kind. But I just don’t understand if you close at 11 how come there are never veggies at 9pm. I’ve experienced this multiple times or is this just a chipotle thing.

25 mins late on a app order, terrible portions now, terrible service. The people here are slower than molasses if you are hungry go elsewhere this place is ridiculous.

Save your time. Go to Eastchase. Out of everything, chicken, steak, carne Asada, white rice, lettuce, black beans, as well as every single soft drink option. No joke, coke, dr pepper, everything was literally water. Sad

Now this spot here has the fresher ingredients than east chase The bar is always clean but u may have to wait for certain ingredients to be prepared before getting ur bowl made but I like this one food very good
