We had to schedule a last minute birthday party for our grandson after finding out his parents had no plans. The only thing that we needed to do was bring the cake. It was amazing you would have thought that we were planning this party for weeks. The way that he giggled, his infectious smile & laughter our relatives being able to come was the icing on the cake. Their staff was amazing. Let's just say that Chucky was about to lose his head because my grandchild was afraid of him. The staff were awesome above reproach. Book it you will not regret it.

Very fun for my daughters daddy's daughter weekends only negative is very crowded some parents hog machines knowing we are all on a time limit one lady stayed on a machine for the smaller kids and replayed it over 8 times 30 mins then got smart when I asked can my daughter ride pizza is great staff I give a 7 star

We went for a birthday party that was at 10:00 in the morning, and if you plan to come here with your kids, that's probably about the most perfect time to go! It's not crowded at all, so no waiting in line for your favorite game! The only issue I had was when my son went to pick out a prize, apparently the prize he wanted was only in the glass case and none stocked behind the shelf, so one of the employees refused to give him the thing that he wanted to spend his tickets on. However, there was another gentleman that wound up behind the counter right before we left, and he gave me the prize my son was wanting.

We were recently invited to a birthday celebration here, and I must express my appreciation for this establishment! I was particularly impressed by the staff's attentiveness to the customers' needs. The facility was also very clean. Although I had been hesitant to visit, as Eastdale Mall has seemingly declined, I cannot deny the wonderful experience we shared with our friends, despite my concerns about safety.
The games didn't give the tickets it showed and its super expensive 😒 the upgrade was a bust.

The food is amazing. Simply amazing. Pizzas are the best I've known. The place is clean, the games work very well. That's it for the good news. The staff is mostly young people who don't care about you. They're there to make money, and the service is a second boring priority. Except for the manager, who is a very nice and hard-working person.

It's not the Chuck E. Cheese I remember. The atmosphere is for the family, not as many games, eating area is larger of course. It is okay for kids to be entertained. What makes it not excellent it is very expensive . You purchase a card to play the games much too expensive for the time. Once your child starts they don't want to stop. So why bring them if they can't enjoy but 37 minutes and that's the least time. Food is another expense that is too expensive. Overall if you want to splurge it's the place for kids party. If you are on a budget under $100.00 don't go.
