We came here after doing some shopping to let our daughter run around. It was clean, staff was super kind, and the food was good. We will be back!!

Best Chuck E Cheese I've been to. Always clean, all the games work, and the staff is always nice and helpful. We had my son's birthday party there, and the party host was fantastic!

Five year old Granddaughter has an annual pass, that's how much she loves Chucky Cheese. She's from Colorado Springs and was visiting us here in Alabama. She was very excited that Chucky stayed around after the dance and played with the children unlike the Chucky in Colorado Springs.

I had not been here in years and was a bit lost to the new process of cards with free play. The customer service was great and the atmosphere was very kind friendly when I went. Thanks to the staff for being there to work. My nephew had a great time!

It's an older store that's in an old mall. But, they do a good job meeting it clean.
Chuck E. Cheese needs to switch to Coca Cola. The drink variety offered is odd and NOT kid friendly in ANY way.
Hopefully they'll figure that out eventually. I feel like we need to bring drinks for the kids

We had a very small get together for my youngest's birthday. Came early and I guess most the staff wasn't there yet so we just stood at the entrance for a bit. The staff was helpful albeit begrudgingly. I can't say any of them enjoyed being there. They got my pizza order wrong and it was only after we started eating that I realized that their "correction" of the issue included downsizing the XL I ordered to a L. Had to swim to the drink machines as something was wrong but no worries, there was a wet floor sign in the giant puddle. Games would be great if they all worked. Same with the ticket machine. Prizes are only fun for the kids if you earn them at least 500 tickets. All in all the kids still had fun. We were there maybe 2.5 hours and Chuckie made a single low energy appearance to take photos. Just not the Cheese I remember from my childhood. A couple pizzas and some sodas and 70 minutes of games for 2 kids ran me over $150. 3 stars is ok though. The experience was ok just room for improvement
