Church's Texas Chicken

Very poor customer service, and never have side always out. Today they have corn only for sides

Was not open, except for drive thru! We’d been traveling and wanted to get out and sit inside. Went to another location.

I am sitting here at Churches Chicken for 30 minutes waiting on chicken. The only reason I am here is because they took my money before telling me I had to wait 14 minutes. It has been 30 +. Now this makes no sense at all. Bad management very bad management. I understand waiting on chicken but not 30 + minutes. Then the door is locked and I can't get in to get my money back. The worst place people stop patronizing Churches Chicken let it go out of business they give us VERY POOR service and we have made them rich very rich. Time is up. I have typed all of this and still no chicken. Never again awful place just awful.

Everything was fine at first .. until I had wait 30 minutes on my mobile order and then they gave my mobile order away to someone else and had wait another 20 minutes … terrible

Drive through line very slow
Got wrong order and had to stay in drive thru line again to get correct order, and just got over cook okra and didn't get my mixed meal I paid for not the special meal. The severer had a bad attitude, and it was their mistake

The chicken was bland. The cashier was forgetting to give all items of the order

Waited an extremely long time in the drive thru, and the front doors were locked, so you couldn't even go inside to place an order.

They could barely hear me on the intercom, and when I finally ordered my food, it took even longer to get my food. The is ridiculous and sad for any business.

Shut it down if you can't do right.
