Church's Texas Chicken

I was in town for work. Got off about 8pm and was searching for something quick to grab, decided Church's chicken was my choice for dinner. Got to the drive thru, the girl taking orders-super unprofessional. She said the chicken was going to be a 16 minute wait. I asked, Okay, how about the chicken tenders? She said 6 minutes. Okay, well I'll order the 5 piece tender combo, with fried Okra and sweet tea. One car was in front of me but they pulled off and I'm the only one sitting at window. Young lady took my payment, she did not sound like the person who took my order at all. After paying I sat there for at least 15 mins. At this point maybe 2 or 3 cars are behind me. I get my order and I saw the Okra was super hot n fresh. I didn't open the box, while driving I ate my Okra. Arrived at hotel, sat down to eat tenders, thinking they were hot n fresh too...and absolutely the complete opposite! Tenders were not even WARM. They were the temperature as of THE DAY BEFORE. They were not even cooked all the way, just horrible. Pissed off because my hotel is no where near Church's to even bring it back and was tired. I do not recommend any fast food in this area. The only place I went to that was surprisingly good was Jimmy John on Narrow Road. But I could have went on and ordered the chicken with the amount of time I waited for non-fresh, cold chicken tenders. Never again.

When to this church's chickens and got the worst chicken ever please do better the chicken was so nasty had a bad taste and got half done chicken😤😡😡😡😤😡

I am a door dasher in the area . I understand the short staff They closed the lobby and we waited 30 minutes in the drive thru burning fuel for every order in front of us . When I just had a DoorDash pick up for my customer !

Tackie employees. Nasty building cold food but to top it off Employee returned from break to take my order smell like marijuana. It was so loud. Y'all need to replace all the workers with employees that value their job. Next I will call police. I trashed the food because it was cold and hard. Never again.

If the business closes at 10pm and a customer arrives at 9:15, technically you are still open. Why the cashier gets on the intercom and says, there's only 3 pieces of chicken left for the night? That's really bad business. I see why everything is leaving from the south side of town.

The owner should go ahead and shut this location down. They can't put professional workers in there to work. Let it go. Por attitudes. Poor work ethic. Mangers allow employees do to nothing. No uniform. Be on their phones. Was in drive thru 25 minutes waiting. Went inside to get pick up order and there was a 15 minueait on chicken during dinner hours? Instead of fixing pick up order that was due 30 minutes ago they use the 1 pan of chicken for drive thru instead. The cook was on his phone talking getting dri n KS instead of cooking chicken. How is it the long wait only produced 1 pan of chicken? How does a chicken restaurant not continuing cook chicken? Manager n employees are rude cold indifferent to customers cause owner don't care.

My food was cold, especially the okra. I did not receive my 2 peppers with my order. The cashier was nice, on a positive note.

I placed an order at 5:15 p.m. I was told that it was a 12 minute wait for chicken. It's 5:47 and still no chicken. I forgot to mention that every customer was asked to pull around front and the food would be brought to our cars. There's 12 cars waiting outside for their food. They have since locked the doors. Never, will I come back.

The line was a bit long but they moved us through quickly. My food was hot and everything was good. We had to drive about 25 minutes back to Prattville and that food was still hot! I will definitely visit again.
