Though I had a previous situation with this location, the management was VERY helpful and accommodating with resolving the problem and making things right! This what we truly need to see more of, management taking action and rectifying the situation. I give my utmost praises and sincerest thanks for the fast and courteous manner in which everything was fixed, and will definitely be returning to this location regularly! 10 piece tender family meal was cooked fresh to order and packaged hot and delicious! It would take all three employees to equal one idiot. Took 30 minutes and they still messed up the order of two chicken sandwiches and a sweet tea.

This is the most nasty place I have ever been. Everything (tables, floor, ...) is sticky. There is no soap in the bathroom which is absolutely nasty. The coke tastes more like chlorine than like coke. I am surprised that such a place is allowed to stay open. This is a health risk.

I went and ordered 5 piece fish combo with okra a biscuit and a drink I was told to pull to the parking lot and still didn’t get my food right I was given a sandwich and okra no drink I showed her the receipt and still wasn’t corrected I already waited 15 minutes for something I didn’t pay for or ordered

Went to the drive thru - no answer for quite some time. Proceeded to the window where it took moments to get noticed and ordered a two piece wing and leg with mashed potatoes. The staff were too involved in some girl making TikTok videos in the lobby. I was quoted two different totals for my mom’s food. I was then told to pull into the parking lot to wait another ten to fifteen minutes when the guy came to ask what my order was but I replied kindly. After another five minutes he comes out with the bag and being exhausted we left. Got home and my mom has two thighs and a leg. Who wants thighs when we specifically asked for a wing and leg??? We were also told the chicken was cooking but I know now it was being recooked. It was disappointing and hard. It was definitely not fresh. I called back to the store and guess what - no answer. NEVER AGAIN 😡

They were out of drinks. There were maybe ten fries in my meal. The lobby was closed, and the drive thru was slow. The building is in dire need of maintenance. The parking lot was dirty.

Good fresh large chicken. We only had chicken so I can't comment on other products. Service good thru drive thru. The restaurant needs an update. Fried chicken combo was kind of expensive but KFC is really expensive and chicken is way smaller. This actually looked like a chicken ?. Not a pigeon leg from KFC. Good chicken. Moist and juicy.

Had to wait an extended amount of time and when I got the food the order was wrong.
0 stars had me sorting at the window while she laugh n goggle with her friends holding the next car at the speakers. Did not know what I ordered while talking to me she telling the car at the speaker to order then one small thing I had had to wait another 5 minutes

" we don't have any" .ME..Ok , let me get a 2 piece dark and a pepper, and a Coke.STAFF.... we don't have any peppersME... do you have jalapeño poppers?STAFF... no we only have dark chicken, fries, and potatoes with no gravey.ME... ok I will take fries.AT THE WINDOW....ME...Can I get some Ketchup?STAFF.... we don't have Ketchup.While at the window i saw the manager counting the money at the food prep counter. I was on my 30 minute lunch break, so I had no time to go elsewhere. I was sick for 2 days after eating here. I don't KNOW it was the cause of me getting sick, but I had not eaten anything prior nor after. And could not go to work for the following 2 days.
