I ordered spicey 3x ive been there and was never spicey. Got my order wrong all 3x . Chicken was cold and ive been sitting outside for 10 minutes waiting for my food yet food comes out cold. This place is trash. Maybe employees dont get paid enough to try.

Horrible customer service, employees were rude, they were all just walking around when customers were waiting and waiting, lots of customers end up leaving, I ordered in advance and I still waited for and hour, the food was old and cold and I didn't received everything i ordered, they don't even deserve the one star

If I could give a 0 I would.Every time I come here they don’t have any chicken.ItsALWAYS A 30 minute wait every time I get a family meal.I put in for the order to be picked up at 4:22pm.Got here around 4:30 and STILL had to wait till 5:10 to get my order.This happens EVERY TIME.No professionalism….NO CUSTOMER SERVICE…Man they need to do better!Aint no way.The other one downtown is the same way!the only person worth a flip was the guy who brought my stuff outside.Thanks for your customer service sir!

Out of all the years I have been a loyal customer with the Atlanta Hwy location this delivery is sad. My bag was open, my receipt was on the inside of the bag, my chicken box was opened, and I asked for fries and mash potatoes y’all sent coleslaw that spilled inside bag! Money don’t grow on trees and y’all should be ashamed for putting out poor product! I’m done!! DoorDash refunded my money and knows I tossed the entire bag in the garbage another Dasher took pictures as I tossed it!! Do better by making sure your online orders set the tone like your dine in and carry out! Very disappointed I couldn’t serve my family after a long shift of work!

Food was hot but service sucked!! Restaurant closes at 10:00PM and had doors locked at 8:00PM on a Saturday. Had to go thru the drive-thru. When trying to order some chicken was told all they had was thigh and legs only!! Had to order some bombers and No Chicken!! Paid the employee and when getting money back she dropped the change on the ground, didn’t apologize at all. Was very rude!! Since there was only legs/thighs, we had to take our business elsewhere! Maybe this location needs new management and employees that want to help!
The food was good and fresh. Customer service is awful. The person on the drive-through window was rude. When asking for packets of honey condiments. The cashier provided one packet. I requested additional. She provided one more, and of course, I requested one more for a total of three. She then became upset, rolled her eyes, and said, " I don't have anymore." I only got 5. Two honey packets are not enough for an entire meal and four biscuits. I swear it's not that serious to become rude over a request for honey packets.
