Good to see this place still in business. The mall however has lost most of its anchor stores and a shell of its former self, which is true for most indoor malls. The cashier was friendly at this business.

Horrible customer service. Big orders are too much trouble apparently. I came early this morning around 10:30 not long after they opened and there were NO customers. I purchased a 6 pack but was going to order 24 Cinnabons w drinks for employees at work; however when I politely asked if I could take individual boxes so that I could separate them, the confused looking girl at register made a big deal about the boxes “No…. Only the big box…” in broken English (i assumed she couldn’t understand much English at first) 😳…so I asked to pay for the boxes and then she charged me for drinks for each cinnabon box. So feeling agitated as if my money wasn’t good enough, I only got 6 Cinnabons with no toppings and no drinks (and she STILL could only give me 4 boxes even though i was paying) and had to apologize to my coworkers and go elsewhere. I have literally have been coming for near 20 years but will never come here again. She literally had no common sense or customer service.

Online order not made in advance even though I came in 10 minutes late to ensure it was made. Worker did hop right off her phone to make it, though. ?

The worst place in Eastdale Mall I will never visit or pick up there again. Orders are never ready!
I work in Eastdale Mall at Zales Store 951 along with Cinnabon(literally right across from them). I purchased a classic Cinnabon which was cold, hard, and unpleasant to even eat. Asked if Management could replace since it haven’t been touched(tried to break it apart and it wouldn’t budge)and was old, manager didn’t offer refund or replacement just stated he could warm it up and that’s it nothing further. Let with Sales Person due to it being inedible.
Love it
