I work in Eastdale Mall at Zales Store 951 along with Cinnabon(literally right across from them). I purchased a classic Cinnabon which was cold, hard, and unpleasant to even eat. Asked if Management could replace since it haven’t been touched(tried to break it apart and it wouldn’t budge)and was old, manager didn’t offer refund or replacement just stated he could warm it up and that’s it nothing further. Let with Sales Person due to it being inedible.

I’ve seen them personally drop dough on the ground, pick it back up and the manager tell the employees to put it back in the freezer. To make this clear there was nothing covering the dough. Also the water they serve to the public is tap water. The Cinnabon bits in a bowl are left overs as well and are days old.
It's okay if you like to walk 1/4 mile to get some cinnamon rolls then not forget have to walk out; and, then after work friend calls let's go walking - really that's all I do all day is freaking walk, and get nowhere.

The staff is extremely sweet. They were so nice to my son and I, and for the few moments we were there, the two workers in that day made him smile and giggle. Made sure I had everything I needed, and everything was fresh and good. ☺Thank you guys so much !

The manager is disrespectful & over all doesn't come off as a professional place of business. And the cup of water they sell is from the sink we're they clean there dishes. It's not filtered water.
