Why have a double lane drive-through with no cone, especially if you will not serve customers through the Double drive-through. I hope management will actually lead the brand instead of making the brand unrecognizable from the norm. Don’t ruin the cook out brand. The family has lead in family chain.

We thought this would be good after having a good experience at the one in Tennessee. Nope! This place didn't even try. First off, the girl at the window acted like we were inconveniencing them by just being there. I got a BLT and all of the bacon was pink, raw, and slimy. I got a chicken quesadilla that looked like it came out of someone's pocket. This isn't some type of complicated cuisine. Children out here cooking better than this. Y'all really need to fire everyone and start over. There's no hope with that crew.
Amazing culinary experience. UNREAL prices, good service, food was ready absurdly fast, and everything tasted great. Cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re in the area it is definitely worth the stop.

They are working very hard and it is hard to be in food industry. I respect and appreciate everything that they do however I asked Cajun fry and I was handed with regular ones with little bit of them in my tray. I normally get much more in my tray. It takes so long for them to serve the food but I still appreciate their hard work and dedication.

This place has really good burgers.. home style size, the fries are better than McDonald's.. and don't get me started on there milk shakes. I'm here to tell you , and I mean it when I say they're so good they'll make your tongue slap your brain...I want to go to cook out for my birthday dinner next year, and every night between. I'm probably eating there while you're reading this, I'm sitting in the drive waiting on my shake. But I'm not waiting long. Because they keep the line moving fast, with there friendly service that all other food establishments should take notes from. Better than a six o'clock view of Jennifer Lopez
One of the only late night places open during my recent travel to Montgomery. Burgers were fresh and good, fries tasty. Great deal for the basket. Loved the float. Staff in drive-thru was pleasant and the order was accurate.

First time at a Cook Out. Some other reviewers have said that this location isnt a good representative of the brand, I would hope they are right. From my experience I dont know why anyone would go here more than once. Over priced for what you get, no indoor facilities or dining nor even oudoor seating, and low qaulity food (what we ordered anyway). Burgers were small, dry, overcooked, and essentially flavorless. "Cheddar Style" burger comes with fake, artificial colored, synthetic, flavorless cheese sauce on it, not cheddar. The spat of BBQ sauce and the raw onion was the only thing you could even taste on the "Western Style" burger. Drinks were overpriced and packed with as much ice as will fit in the cup. Since theres no place to sit, if you wanted a refill I guess that means walking to the window from your car in the parking lot? I would never go back here.
