The only negative thing was the grits were lumpy never had that happen at Cracker Barrell before

Tyrone and Rod went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. They are very professional and make their customers needs a priority.

Went to Cracker Barrel two days in a row--next to hotel. No silverware when seated or when meal served. Asked for silverware and got a plastic spoon and fork. Not easy buttering your biscuit with a spoon. The next night went back again believing it was an anomaly. Same with no silverware on entry or when meal provide. At least this time, I got metal utensils. Both days had to stand outside the servers doors trying to get my bill. Will not be going back to this store.

Service was incredibly slow. Had to ask multiple times for things they forgot (straws, napkins, sides that you ordered, even core pieces of the meal)

I travel the country and visit CB’s regularly. The Crackel Barrel in Montgomery, AL is hands down the worst I’ve ever been to. The waitress and manager shouldn’t be in the service industry. Especially the manager needs some training. Her attitude towards us was awful. When the waitress explained the meal to me she made it sound like the turkey sausage is included in the Country Boy Sampler. I didn’t know they left the steak tips out and gave me turkey sausage just for me to pay extra. When I asked about it the manager came out and with the most awful attitude just told me that it is what it is and there is nothing they can do about it. The cutlery was dirty and we asked for clean cutlery. The waitress never brought us clean cutlery. We wiped it down and just had to use it. We had to ask for napkins because she didn’t bring any. It wasn’t even that busy and she was never around to fill the coffee. Other tables that came in after us got their food before us. By the time we got our food we could taste it was sitting for a while. It was cold and the biscuits were hard.

We both enjoyed our meals. We got Onion Petals to start with and it was delicious. My husband got his favorite meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and fried okra and I got the hamburger steak with gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans. I had forgotten how good the green beans are! We also got 2 $5 take homes meals to bring home for later. Kimora was an awesome server . She was very observant.

We drove from New Orleans to Atlanta and stopped at Montgomery AL. The waitress told us they had no eggs so a lot of us got a meat and two. Found out they had no turnip greens either. Very disappointed not to mention table was sticky and we had asked the waitress for a cloth to clean it we thought she forgot so I just wet a few of our napkins and used our glass of waters to clean it up. There was six of us, four got their meals two had to wait awhile before getting theirs. This was around 4pm, not busy at all could not understand why so slow and why the lack of food items.

We waited 45 min and had only received drinks and cold biscuits and cornbread. The waiter would not even look our way. We ordered side salads and after 50 minutes we left. I will never go back to this cracker barrel. We have received nothing but bad service the last 3 times we visited.

Took almost an hour to even have my order taken. When I was finally able to order, I had to immediately dump it into a to-go box and leave!
