I enjoyed everything about our visit today. No wait to be seated, staff was friendly, server Mary A. was patient yet quick and very accurate with our order. We ordered breakfast and everything was exactly how we ordered it. I highly recommend for all that want to enjoy a good reasonable meal alone or with family and friends.

Customer Service here can always be improved. If your very specific on how you want your eggs, this place isn't for you. Coffee is always hot and refilled, which is great. Love the pancakes :)

Food was fairly good as expected but service was slow, and cleaners were THROWING Ava CRASHING dishes right behind us as if determined to make maximum amount of noise. With hate and vengeance.

Very untypical of cracker barrel for a meal. Our server never waited long enough to get all our info (4 people). Our meals were not very warm and instructions for one of the items was not passed on to the food preparer. Very disappointed.

Had to remind server what we ordered. They had to find a tea cup? The one that can out was leaking. Gravy was served without sausage or being done just to get something on the table. The cook needs to be retrained along with the waitress somehow between the two we should have got all our food at once. It was not even crowded. When the manager can by expressed the problems she said I'm sorry and walked off. Brought back the missing gravy and told us it is a lil thin cause it did not cook enough. Make that make sense. The manager brought out food that was not what the company wants to put out. We are traveling so we will not be back anytime soon but we will not stop here when we return.

On Friday's fish is the meal for the day, and this time they hadn't sold out. It was great and the staff was awesome. Although we got our order was carry out, we still felt welcomed and appreciated.

Astronomical wait times, lukewarm food. I would've been MUCH happier if, after sitting there for about an hour (including the time it took for someone to come over and take our order) if my food was HOT. It was NOT. It wasn't cold though. Just lukewarm.

The location is great, very convenient + food is good + Service is v e r y s l o w + whomever trained the staff should be given a performance review + obviously the waitstaff are not paid enough nor are there incentives in place to do a better job. I'm confident the staff are nice people but they need better training.
